@beradmatthew 75% of what we sense as flavor is actually due to the smell. I've smelled freshly-mowed grass many times, so I can say that my Horned Melon tasted like freshly-mowed grass. That's why some people cover their nose when eating or drinking something disgusting, like medicine.

Well, it's true. It was ripe, so all of the green jelly like liquid was spurting alot. Just an update, the banana taste is kind of like the peel.
