This camera is a Guppy, but I do not recommend it. It is a bit weak. Suggest you to find any Flea from PointGrey.

and how much does a LIDAR like this costs?

Of course... This system is running at 6 fps! The detection is ranging from 2 up to 6 meters because of the vision. This LIDAR is a SICK LMS200, and costs roughly 2.5K euros. This LIDAR works up to 80 meters, but for a more accurate result 20 meters is the maximum.
