I was in a karate class a few years back... Shotokan I think it was called? Either way, the green belt kata was very similar to this, if not the same. Gosh, how I miss it -.-
that dont look like penon yondon excuze my spelling plz but i want the yondan one its what i need to test for green i know all them up to that one and i have no idea what your doing whats it called
@multigunlover lol I put there only for a few minutes. mainly cause many ppl will start to argue, since katas have many variations depending on the style studied. I'm just a newbie a year into Kyokushin =) The gekisai dai in Kyokushin is slightly different. No kicks, footwork while doing the double-punches is linear and not 45 degrees, and some other slight changes. Hey, you the guy in the vid? Or is he your sensei? =) Style?
@multigunlover In kyokushin, unless I'm mistaken, there's only 1 gekisai dai so there's no "ichi" suffix for it. Different for various styles, I must say again.
