BIrthday at Farrells

RESPONSE TO ANYONE ASKING WHY WE USE MICROPHONES:

We've always used the microphone. I have a loud voice so everyone can hear me, im the loudest there, but most of us who work there (at that location) have soft voices and cant yell very loud.

It may not be like the old days but its not practical. Ill be on sounds and the microphone batteries are out and they have to yell but i cant hear them.

Farrell's was the Bomb. It was so great, birthday parties, events. I went there a lot in Southern CA, 1970s. It was so embarrassing to have them run around and pound drums and declare me as getting a free ice cream sundae for my birthday, but I was glad that it was free. Do you remember the famous Zoo? This treat, they also ran around to present it. Dynamite ice cream !
