I don't know why every one dislikes this video. The sequence is correct for strengthening the muscles needed to do the headstand. I think they should be more descriptive in their explanation, but what they're saying is correct. It is excellent for beginners to strengthen their shoulder muscles.
@Iloveme362 Half headstand (it's in the title)... But this is very good practice and should be done before moving to the next step which is the actual headstand.
