It's inward power of strength to submit to God, resist Satan so that he flees. REACTING INWARDLY TO SATAN -- is a breach of faith and lack of spiritual strength. And seeing the whole counsel is a call to, "Now you see. Now learn not to react. Be ye perfect even as I am perfect". Submit to God resist the devil and he will flee. Dominion.
