These people need help. They do not need to be made fun of or called names. I do not believe that obesity is a disease but I do believe (needless to say) that there are serious issues to be addressed in their lives from psychology to the obvious need for help in nutrition education. None of these people deserve to be what they have become. Let's show a little compassion.

Look honey, I understand that I was insensitive and I am sorry but, you have to understand that being very heavy is unhealthy. It is not attractive. You may be beautiful inside, but on the outside people who are obese are at risk of many complication of the heart and cardiovascular system. It is one of the leading killers in America. Stop eating and exercise more or you will be dead by the time your in your 60's. I am a Physical Therapist and strength train clients on the side.
