@xoitspartytime It's safe to use virgin on the waterline since is has more of a satin finish and doesn't have chucks of glitter. Essence can be found at your local Ulta beauty store and a good product for $4 if you are looking for something matter with no spf.

i really want to have naturally good brows that i don't have to fill in.

i can grow them out but they grow everywhere, like it points downwards.

i've tried many brow gels then don't even make my eyebrows budge.

and also, my brows are naturally light.
