  • poor saturn :(

  • thats cool

  • If the driver had been driving anything else he would not have survived. Saturns were built around a safety cage. I've been driving them since 1987. Bought my fifth one in 2003 (new). It just rolled over 100K miles and still runs and looks great. I feel so safe driving it. It's a crying shame they changed the way they were built and started using existing GM models as patterns. I'll probably keep this one for at least another 100K then get a Kia or a Hyundai. Both are #1 in safety ratings

  • Now he can literally say he feels like he just got hit by a MAC truck...

  • how much would it cost to repair all that?

  • @DrSurprise

    They probably wont bother.....

  • no offense but do you just record car accidents lol

  • modern American cars are worthless.

  • @yokohamaguy75 I say otherwise. I love my Saturn.

  • @yokohamaguy75

they're sure not made the way they used to be...thats for sure.

  • @yokohamaguy75

Saturns were pretty much crap....but that doesn't say anything about newer American cars...Saturn was pretty much a flop....That's why GM discontinued them

  • @scott93257

I believe the survivor of this crash (and his or her family) think exactly the opposite.

I wonder if there's any other compact car that could have saved this person's life.

Look at the damage in the semi!!! If it wasn't for this video you would think that it hit a big vehicle.

I think saturns were reliable vehicles but their designs were almost the same for too long. They made their nicest vehicles too little too late.

Too bad for GM and the thousands of unemployed GM assemblers.

Could be....I mean they were well built... And I hate the fact that so many Americans lost their jobs at GM.... I had a Saturn Vue a year or so ago and it was pretty solid....Guess I should study a bit more before posting absurd comments yeah?

  • @scott93257

I don't think your comments are absurd. I guess you simply rather a different brand or style.

I also think that some imports might be more reliable than American cars.

My family has owned 3 Saturns and they have been great vehicles so far. Virtually, zero problemsand still loking in great shape.

Someone else might have a different experience and he/she might be justified thinking the opposite.

  • saturn win??

  • as if that car top is rising outta water the way they place it on the road haha that made my day .. very funny

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • i see that the esda are there (estacitc sucide death atments)

  • Love how the two women are just sitting there at the end expressionless and bored.

  • lol

  • Someons car sunk 1:24

    haha

  • haha, thats fucking hilarious :P made my day :P

  • Ever heard the term...I feel like I've been hit by a Mack Truck...Well there ya go. now buy that man a new bumper

  • don't worry, nothing a little bondo and krylon won't fix and make it look like new...

who needs a roof anyway, now its a convertable...

  • LMAO

  • F that if my car still looks driveable u aint cuttin the roof off! just drag my sorry ass out sideways!

  • ya no when u watch these videos u really think about ur surroundings. and ya not al the time is it preventable, but still

  • why did they take off the roof?? that just seems completely unnecessary... they could have just busted off the remaining plastic and easily removed the door... what a waste of a good parts car...

  • if they suspect back or neck injury they will cut the roof and lift the person out.

  • DUH. Some people just have no idea bro.

  • because they had to get to the people in the car you FAG

  • no shit, dont be such an asshole

  • f you

  • Well it most certainly is a "Parts Car" , now!

  • ease of removing occupants is first priority, life is more important than car parts. Its much easier to lift injured people straight up, you cause them less injury, are less likely to aggravate injury's and you also have more leverage for lifting with out the roof.

  • @origionalwinja lol, you dont need the roof anyways, just turn it into a summer car...convertable :P

  • now u got a covertable

  • plastic vr steal wow the heading was right ! I hit one in my 77 Plymouth and i took the door off !!

  • barely anything happened to the truck lol! nice job :)

  • Man, it takes a hell of a lot to move a bumper like that, that far in. Thank springhill for the Safe Saturn space/frame.
