In my opinion the Himal would be warm enough. However, I would also say that the Himal is ideal for wet conditions as it doesn't use down I'm sure you know better than me but I doubt it is very likely to rain on Kilamanjaro. If that is the case you might prefer as down jacket as it will be lighter and it is not likely to get wet.
