I absolutely loved Aaron as Rodger.... it might have to do with his voice being so beautiful and his face isn't half bad either ;) I thought that he was a GREAT person to cast for this, maybe not as edgy rock sounding as Adam but he gave it his own spin and the emotion he had on stage for this song and One Song Glory was really moving.

Also.... if his acting was a little lacking, it could be because his Mimi (Vanessa Hudgens) was so aweful that her "dying" made people LAUGH x/

Surely its a bit presumptuous to judge his acting when we have no image?!? He was always going to have a 'cleaner' and less edgy voice than Adam Pascal et al, so it seems a bit unfair to assume he wasn't putting the acting into it. That's just his vocal style...

I think anyone playing Roger would have had a hard time selling this song after the lackluster performance from Vanessa Hudgens. I agree he sounds good but it lacks the passion needed, but I wouldn't be surprised if that was partly due to what he was working with.

Roger is all about passion. And there's absolutely no passion whatsoever in Aaron's Roger.

his MIMIII at the end is soooo painfully weak. It's not supposed to be sung like a trained vocalist. His girl just died in his arms goddamn it.

Aaron has an incredible voice, charism and is a great actor that being said he just isn't Roger don't get me wrong he sounds good here but it doesn't have the raw rock and roll voice that Roger should have.
