They are talented, they just need to work a little more. So yeah when a lot of musicians sing live and dont sound the same, thats the reason why.

I've been playing a little over a year and it was difficult at first to sing and play at the same time, but now it's no big deal. And I'm sure after as long as she's been playing it's a breeze for her. :)

The pinky and ring fingers don't move for the most just the middle and index plus it's a slow song so her strumming pattern is slow. Now it's not the album version. The album version is mainly finger picking instead of strumming

The song is played in capo 5 and the chords are G D Em C in fact the verse intro plus verse goes: G C Em C G C Em C G C Em C Em C D the studio recording is fingerpicking the whole song whereas in the live she is strumming which is why it sounds different.
