Are you really that ignorant about the subject matter or are you lying? Remember my earlier words,
"Now I'm not talking about indirect taxes for roads & such."
So did you mention roads to deceive or you don't understand taxes?
I asked a similar question to which you were unresponsive. Perhaps you will do better here.
So you advocate legal armed robbery to fund your dreams, schemes, swimming pool, house addition, new car, children's education, your food & water, wealth building, failures, bailouts & other legal and stupid mischief?
[No because it's not robbery, the constitution explicitly states that the government can tax you.]
You see I'm sure you've never read the Constitution or Declaration of Independence. How can that Constitution allow legalized stealing for dreams, schemes, wants, desires, bailouts, cash4clunkers, wealth building to take money from one to give to another when you can't do the same thing to your neighbor.
Now I'm not talking about indirect taxes for roads & such.

You really believe the forcing someone to pay for another's dreams, schemes... is not legalized armed robbery?

AndroidPolitician answered the following question like most legal thief lawyers do.
"What are the documents or law of the land that grant or give people freedom?" His answer, [It's the Constitution.]
You blew it when you wrote the Bill of Rights. You just proved you've never understood the Constitution if you ever read it.
First off take a look at a dictionary to see what the word "grant" means. The Declaration of Independence reads, "We hold these truths to be self-evident

the Declaration of Independence has almost no legal backing with regards to how the US government is structured.
What's interesting is that you would hold the constitution as your supreme authority and completely ignore the 16th amendment, and like a guy who wants to eliminate the right of abortion.
Judge Andrew Napolitano would "Constitutionally disagree with you regarding the Declaration of Independence.
However it is self-evident that liberty & freedom are not granted by words of paper when those words We The People granted existence to the Constitution & law of the land.

Well of course just as a robber makes a gun the requirement when stealing from me..
What do you know about anything in the Constitution? You just proved yourself inept regarding simple concepts of the self-evident.
In your world you create a Constitution as a legal means to do whatever you want to do & at the expense of your neighbor's self-evident rights of freedom and liberty. Once again you will use interpretation that justifies stealing. It would make no real difference what the words say.
I'm feeling like I've been a little bit of a bully. So I'm gonna grant you a break if you can answer this question correctly; and a follow up if you should answer correctly.
What are the documents or law that grants or gives people upon this land their freedom and liberty?
Yea I laughed when you wrote, [You signed a contract to enable this (the social contract)... & you were going to educate me. Lets see how you spin your stupidity. Perhaps youre suffering from aspergers or cant keep up with how you twist truth? So which is it?
Here are some more facts you'll never hear from AndroidPolitician. Former Judge Andrew Napolitano wrote in his book CONSTITUTIONAL CHAOS, Because the government breaks the law and denies it, the government is not your friend. Content of Part 1 Rights and Liberties Chapters 1 Breaking the law to enforce it 2 Attacking the Innocent 3 Creating Crime 4 Grabbing Guns, Endangering Citizens 5 Filching Property 6 Gagging Free Speech 7 Bribing Witnesses, Buying Convictions 8 Assaulting the People
That truth is to deliver life from life. Deliver truth from truth. Those who call a lie the truth do so intently to deceive and to harm and they know in truth that they are liars. Truth is in the intent to love the goodness in truth. Truth is in the intent in being honest with one another no matter if the facts are false for science as we know it would not exist if it was not for honest mistakes.
Those who intentionally lie have harmed this World and our species for far too long.
Go Judge! GOD is infinite and we are all within it no matter the words we use to create our views. We must unite knowing that the miracles are everywhere. Growing, knowing, seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, and feeling. Are not these things miracles onto themselves? When a scab heals is this not proof enough of ?something? beyond our means to comprehend fully? It is not by coincidence that euphoria exists at the moment of conception for this is proof alone of the intent and proof of life.
An Iranian was arguing online with some liberals and finally the Iranian said..."We were taught to hate George Bush but he freed the Iraqis. Who will be our George Bush?"
Obviously no one...they're having mass trials of the protesters now - the ones who are still alive. And soon they'll have the bomb. We'll be lucky to not regret it.
Yeah, you Marxists hate the fact that conservatives finally get a voice on television. As for the war, name one Democrat who called for a vote on Ron Paul's constitutional declaration of war?
You're thinking (I know, that's a stretch) of MSNBC. Fox News, which gives the liberal perspective along with the conservative view, is catching up with network ratings. They've owned the cable ratings for years.
"Fox News, which gives the liberal perspective along with the conservative view"
Is there a difference between view and perspective? And how the hell is Fox giving the "liberal" perspective, does it need shows devoted to white power and Ayn Rand to be conservative or something?
It's not that complicated, you should be able to keep up...Fox has guests on that discuss issues from the liberal and conservative (or, at least moderate) perspective. Unlike CNNMSNBCABCNPRCBS who actively promote the leftist agenda when reporting stories and interviewing guests. Maybe that is why Fox News has a huge liberal demographic tuning in?
You do realize Fox has Karl Rove as a senior Fox News political analyst right? Or that Fox News's president is Roger Ailes? So do Bill O'rielly, Hannity, and Glenn Beck promote a liberal agenda?
Do you even know what the word liberal means?
No Fox news has a huge liberal demographic because it gets liberals angry to see rightwing propaganda marketed as "news".
Hell even Rush Limbaugh has a huge liberal demographic for the same reason.
Reading comprehension may be your problem. I never said that Fox promotes the liberal agenda. I said they give them a chance to BS their viewers. CNNMSNBCABCNPRCBS are dedicated to BS'ing their viewers by promoting the liberal premise when reporting news. They may have one conservative on with three hysterical liberals filibustering the segment.
Did you notice Dan Rather, of CBS, got fired for reporting a false story about Bush? Tim Russert, Chris Matthews and George Stepanieopolis all used to be Democrat staff members. Then you have GE, the owner of NBCMSNBC, who is looking for sweetheart deals from Cap & Tax. CNN is as bad as the NYT for fabricating stories, too.
All of these FACTS are part of the reason why Fox trounces all of cable news combined and is catching up with network ratings. That and they have the best looking babes.
So what do you have to say to the FACT that the president of Fox News, Roger Ailes was also the media consultant for Nixon, Bush sr. and Reagan. I doubt that makes Fox objective.
I agree that corporatism (or fascism, if you prefer) is the cause of most of our nations problems. I cant make sense of the rest of your comment.
In todays context, liberal means Marxist, whether you, or they are willing to admit it. It used to refer to the interpretation of the constitution as a living document. Conservatives want to interpret the constitution as it was written. Neo-cons are Trotskyites liberals who believe the constitution is anachronistic.
"I am not an advocate for frequent changes in laws and constitutions, but laws and institutions must go hand in hand with the progress of the human mind. As that becomes more developed, more enlightened, as new discoveries are made, new truths discovered and manners and opinions change, with the change of circumstances, institutions must advance also to keep pace with the times." - Thomas Jefferson, apparent "marxist".
The founding fathers provided a method for doing exactly as TJ describes. Marxist find that process tiresome...they would rather just eliminate it instead of having to buy off politicians as they do now. Liberals try to re-interpret the constitution through the courts because they can't sway the people to do it through the appropriate means - congress.
News corporations controlling news isn't "corporatism" it is the free market, the very thing we enjoy.
In the sense that the constitution was designed to accept amendments, it is technically a "living document".
A liberal is someone who advocates low social control (wants to get rid of patriot act etc.) but is economically left (wants to keep companies from abusing people and end NAFTA etc.).
Hell a good example of a liberal is Dennis Kucinich someone Ron Paul loves.
For you to call Alan Colmes a moderate right centrist shows how extremely Marxist you are. Besides, in our discussion I have repeatedly referred to the equal time given to BOTH views.
I didn't mind trying to educate you because you're probably just a victim of our socialist education system, but your vulgarity tells me I am wasting my time with someone already stretched beyond the limits of their intellectual capacity.
It means they want it to say what they want it to say. They don't want to be bothered by trivial things such as facts, written in black ink on paper. Like you they are so accustomed to believing so much that isn't so. You begin every argument as though you are somehow above everybody else. I got news for you, do not look down, you are only held up by imagination. Further, we all see your gas bubble
the liberal agenda is all around you android. I trust you are smart enough to identify it, if not how about one the Constitution side we have limited government, expressly restrained to military, interstate commerce. On the liberal agenda side we have massive government, government ownership of business, control of energy, agriculture, transportation, and cornering the market on contrary princes and princesses whom believe strong is bad.
Are you kidding me? Liberals want to slash the military like crazy and no liberal wants government control of anything they simply want regulations to offset things like pollution and financial issues.
Seriously by your logic the Clean Water act and Meat Inspection act are unconstitutional.
Single-payer healthcare with private insurance option, legalize same-sex marriage, legalize and tax/regulate marijuana, cut the military budget by a lot, end the patriot act/FISA and put regulations for companies receiving tax-payer subsidies.
[Also can you answer you earlier statement that liberals "re-interpret" the constitution and what exactly they "re-interpret"?]
Interesting in a brief exchange you tried to argue that I signed a social contract. Then when you couldn't produce my signature to such document you called me names.
Today it didn't appear to me you ever read the "so-called" social contract, so how would a week ago you'd even know if the Constitution was "re-interpreted"?
See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime.
With such an accurate description of legalized plunder, we cannot deny the conclusion that most government activities, including ours, are legalized plunder, or ... legalized theft. Foreword by Walter E Williams
Oh I understand your concept of a "social contract" it makes you feel good about legalized stealing.
It also gives cowards a power that they would never use individually against their neighbor. It gives people like you the sense of control, because you know better than me how to spend my labor and resources. Oh I get you.
It's obvious you know nothing about liberty & freedom. It is not the liberty & freedom of a guard dog of a government to steal from the people that gave the guard dog existence.
It is foremost about the guard dog guarding the real individual liberty and freedom of it's Creators the people.
Now I don't know which Constitution you read but you might like the one in Cuba, it seems more to your thinking and nature.

Alright lets step back for a second and look at your argument.
You're saying rights came from God, so which country has the correct number of rights God granted?
Did "god" want 10 rights, 15 rights, and which rights for that matter?
It's a non-argument and has been debunked by George Carlin a long time ago.

Also you're required to pay the income tax under the 16th amendment of the constitution.
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
Well of course just as a robber makes a gun the requirement when stealing from me..
What do you know about anything in the Constitution? You just proved yourself inept regarding simple concepts of the self-evident.
In your world you create a Constitution as a legal means to do whatever you want to do & at the expense of your neighbor's self-evident rights of freedom and liberty. Once again you will use interpretation that justifies stealing. It would make no real difference what the words say.

AndroidPolitician,
I'm feeling like I've been a little bit of a bully. So I'm gonna grant you a break if you can answer this question correctly; and a follow up if you should answer correctly.
What are the documents or law that grants or gives people upon this land their freedom and liberty?

Lol you probably don't even know what eminent domain is.

Oh if you do I'll visit your "social contract" web-site.

I've literally never met someone this dumb in my entire life.

WOW and you're still arguing with dumb 5 year olds. LOL
So I can presume or assume you don't know what the documents or law are that grant or give people freedom and liberty in this land?

Got NO problem with Freedom.
Big problem with fox news. They are the chicken neck war pigs that brought you the war in Iraq.
Just in case you already forgot.
Time4SomeTruth 2 years ago
An Iranian was arguing online with some liberals and finally the Iranian said..."We were taught to hate George Bush but he freed the Iraqis. Who will be our George Bush?"
Obviously no one...they're having mass trials of the protesters now - the ones who are still alive. And soon they'll have the bomb. We'll be lucky to not regret it.
Jilly1965 2 years ago 2
Yeah, you Marxists hate the fact that conservatives finally get a voice on television. As for the war, name one Democrat who called for a vote on Ron Paul's constitutional declaration of war?
delquattro 2 years ago
"Yeah, you Marxists hate the fact that conservatives finally get a voice on television."
Because Fox News gets no ratings what so ever apparently.
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
You're thinking (I know, that's a stretch) of MSNBC. Fox News, which gives the liberal perspective along with the conservative view, is catching up with network ratings. They've owned the cable ratings for years.
delquattro 2 years ago
"Fox News, which gives the liberal perspective along with the conservative view"
Is there a difference between view and perspective? And how the hell is Fox giving the "liberal" perspective, does it need shows devoted to white power and Ayn Rand to be conservative or something?
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
It's not that complicated, you should be able to keep up...Fox has guests on that discuss issues from the liberal and conservative (or, at least moderate) perspective. Unlike CNNMSNBCABCNPRCBS who actively promote the leftist agenda when reporting stories and interviewing guests. Maybe that is why Fox News has a huge liberal demographic tuning in?
delquattro 2 years ago
You do realize Fox has Karl Rove as a senior Fox News political analyst right? Or that Fox News's president is Roger Ailes? So do Bill O'rielly, Hannity, and Glenn Beck promote a liberal agenda?
Do you even know what the word liberal means?
No Fox news has a huge liberal demographic because it gets liberals angry to see rightwing propaganda marketed as "news".
Hell even Rush Limbaugh has a huge liberal demographic for the same reason.
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
Reading comprehension may be your problem. I never said that Fox promotes the liberal agenda. I said they give them a chance to BS their viewers. CNNMSNBCABCNPRCBS are dedicated to BS'ing their viewers by promoting the liberal premise when reporting news. They may have one conservative on with three hysterical liberals filibustering the segment.
delquattro 2 years ago
Did you notice Dan Rather, of CBS, got fired for reporting a false story about Bush? Tim Russert, Chris Matthews and George Stepanieopolis all used to be Democrat staff members. Then you have GE, the owner of NBCMSNBC, who is looking for sweetheart deals from Cap & Tax. CNN is as bad as the NYT for fabricating stories, too.
All of these FACTS are part of the reason why Fox trounces all of cable news combined and is catching up with network ratings. That and they have the best looking babes.
delquattro 2 years ago
So what do you have to say to the FACT that the president of Fox News, Roger Ailes was also the media consultant for Nixon, Bush sr. and Reagan. I doubt that makes Fox objective.
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
I say that it doesn't matter because his news network still gives a microphone to Marxist liberals.
delquattro 2 years ago
I'm really curious as to what freaky definition you have to the world "liberal".
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
Literally all News outlets are controlled by giant conglomerates.
Seeing as how liberals hate large corporations I doubt CNN can run liberal stories bashing TimeWarner or MSNBC bashing GE for giving people cancer.
Or do you not know what the word liberal means?
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
I agree that corporatism (or fascism, if you prefer) is the cause of most of our nations problems. I cant make sense of the rest of your comment.
In todays context, liberal means Marxist, whether you, or they are willing to admit it. It used to refer to the interpretation of the constitution as a living document. Conservatives want to interpret the constitution as it was written. Neo-cons are Trotskyites liberals who believe the constitution is anachronistic.
delquattro 2 years ago
"I am not an advocate for frequent changes in laws and constitutions, but laws and institutions must go hand in hand with the progress of the human mind. As that becomes more developed, more enlightened, as new discoveries are made, new truths discovered and manners and opinions change, with the change of circumstances, institutions must advance also to keep pace with the times." - Thomas Jefferson, apparent "marxist".
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
The founding fathers provided a method for doing exactly as TJ describes. Marxist find that process tiresome...they would rather just eliminate it instead of having to buy off politicians as they do now. Liberals try to re-interpret the constitution through the courts because they can't sway the people to do it through the appropriate means - congress.
delquattro 2 years ago
Are you talking about abortion or something? What exactly have liberals "re-interpreted".
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
News corporations controlling news isn't "corporatism" it is the free market, the very thing we enjoy.
In the sense that the constitution was designed to accept amendments, it is technically a "living document".
A liberal is someone who advocates low social control (wants to get rid of patriot act etc.) but is economically left (wants to keep companies from abusing people and end NAFTA etc.).
Hell a good example of a liberal is Dennis Kucinich someone Ron Paul loves.
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
Also since when has Fox News had "liberals" on their shows period. I mean jesus christ Colmes is a moderately right centrist.
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
For you to call Alan Colmes a moderate right centrist shows how extremely Marxist you are. Besides, in our discussion I have repeatedly referred to the equal time given to BOTH views.
delquattro 2 years ago
Fox News gives equal time to liberals?
Jesus fuck you probably have like what? A highschool education at best?
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
I didn't mind trying to educate you because you're probably just a victim of our socialist education system, but your vulgarity tells me I am wasting my time with someone already stretched beyond the limits of their intellectual capacity.
delquattro 2 years ago 2
You literally don't have any idea what your talking about at all.
In fact if you did you'd know Ron Paul is authoritarian compared to some like Dennis Kucinich, a lefty liberal.
In fact I'd urge you to study this carefully because you don't know what your talking about.
politicalcompass[dot]org/uselection2008
Ironically you'd probably come off as authoritarian in the test.
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
Also can you answer you earlier statement that liberals "re-interpret" the constitution and what exactly they "re-interpret"?
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
It means they want it to say what they want it to say. They don't want to be bothered by trivial things such as facts, written in black ink on paper. Like you they are so accustomed to believing so much that isn't so. You begin every argument as though you are somehow above everybody else. I got news for you, do not look down, you are only held up by imagination. Further, we all see your gas bubble
jerdeb4evr 2 years ago
What exactly do liberals "want the constitution to say" that goes so fiercely against it?
Like seriously stop beating around bush and articulate on this evil unconstitutional plot liberals have in mind.
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
the liberal agenda is all around you android. I trust you are smart enough to identify it, if not how about one the Constitution side we have limited government, expressly restrained to military, interstate commerce. On the liberal agenda side we have massive government, government ownership of business, control of energy, agriculture, transportation, and cornering the market on contrary princes and princesses whom believe strong is bad.
jerdeb4evr 2 years ago
Are you kidding me? Liberals want to slash the military like crazy and no liberal wants government control of anything they simply want regulations to offset things like pollution and financial issues.
Seriously by your logic the Clean Water act and Meat Inspection act are unconstitutional.
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
also the fact that Napolitano (and most libertarians I know) calls him a "pro-life libertarian" is pretty self contradictory.
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
And what is for which you stand. It is easy to sit back and sharpshoot others ideas, what have you got to offer.
jerdeb4evr 2 years ago
Well pretty "liberal" ideas.
Single-payer healthcare with private insurance option, legalize same-sex marriage, legalize and tax/regulate marijuana, cut the military budget by a lot, end the patriot act/FISA and put regulations for companies receiving tax-payer subsidies.
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
You gotta be kidding
southron1961 2 years ago
You literally can't not agree on everything but single payer, espeically if you call yourself a "libertarian"
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
[Also can you answer you earlier statement that liberals "re-interpret" the constitution and what exactly they "re-interpret"?]
Interesting in a brief exchange you tried to argue that I signed a social contract. Then when you couldn't produce my signature to such document you called me names.
Today it didn't appear to me you ever read the "so-called" social contract, so how would a week ago you'd even know if the Constitution was "re-interpreted"?
ifreemantoo 2 years ago
Look it's pretty obvious you don't know what a social contract is, so you can start here:

AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
The Law -Frederic Bastiat
See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime.
With such an accurate description of legalized plunder, we cannot deny the conclusion that most government activities, including ours, are legalized plunder, or ... legalized theft. Foreword by Walter E Williams
ifreemantoo 2 years ago
Oh I understand your concept of a "social contract" it makes you feel good about legalized stealing.
It also gives cowards a power that they would never use individually against their neighbor. It gives people like you the sense of control, because you know better than me how to spend my labor and resources. Oh I get you.
ifreemantoo 2 years ago
AndroidPolitician,
It's obvious you know nothing about liberty & freedom. It is not the liberty & freedom of a guard dog of a government to steal from the people that gave the guard dog existence.
It is foremost about the guard dog guarding the real individual liberty and freedom of it's Creators the people.
Now I don't know which Constitution you read but you might like the one in Cuba, it seems more to your thinking and nature.
ifreemantoo 2 years ago
"The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration" - The US Constitution.
AndroidPolitician 2 years ago
AndroidPolitician wrote [The Congress shall have power to lay taxes...}
Yes I understand that you try to make those say words that it's "legal" for the government to commit armed robbery; to steal publicly what you can't do personally to your neighbor or me; to fund your wealth building, pleasures, failures...
You've written already, that you agree it's OK to legally rob people to get whatever you want.
