  • Our minds are powerful,I know you will be fine, the hardest thing that people have is admitting they have a problem. By the way,I can't sleep at night/relax unless I have a fan/white noise! I think when we are anxious our hearing is peaked!

  • For me eating the right things and exercising helps to cut down on the severity and frequency of the attacks. I try to avoid granulated sugar, corn (syrup/starch etc.), white flour, absolutely no white rice (my worst panic attacks have come after eating white rice) and no caffeine (that means no chocolate). Basicly a low carb diet with no sugar or caffeine. This advice came from a kinesiologist. Anyway your vids helped me diagnose my problem and calm me down. THANK YOU

  • I don't get panic attacks like that, but I also have a fear of taking pills, even vitamins.

  • I suffered for 24 years before I was taught what to do and now I no longer have fears or attacks. Here is what the cure boils down to:

The trick is NOT to attempt to be free of your thoughts but to have a new "reaction" to them when they run through your mind. Dont react in a fearfull way, allow them to be there. We can never fully control what goes through our minds, but we can control how we "react" to what goes on there. That is the key in getting things back to how it used to be..

  • Thanks!

  • That EG Biofeedback sounds interesting. I'm desperate for anything that can bring me some comfort.
