  • christ, its hard to watch this with that ANNOYING f*cking music in the background....

  • Do you have to hook up the wires to the ignition wire? Or can it be any 12v acc? Which would turn on ONLY with the key in the ig, say for instance the radio. Because the radio isnt always on unless you use the key. So if you tap this gauge to the radio, it will turn on when the key is in the ignition. Right or no? I dont wanna take apart my ignition shroud and tap those wires thats why. I dont wanna ruin it and mess it up.

  • @theguy1224 Yes you could put it on the radio wire but it's not going to be 100% accurate

but you won't se e the difference.

  • @Alexmagic1000 thanks for the advice. i just found out the diablosport trinity i bought displays volts already so i dont need an isolated gauge for volts. thanks!

  • can u hook it to the power and ground for the stereo

  • @datageek14 Yes/no it's not good for your stereos life

  • can u just hook it up to yur remote wire

  • wer did u buy the volt meter on ur car

  • So you Ground the black, put the positive (Red) to the battery and the ignition wire (orange) to the key ignition ???

  • @zippitt13 If you ground the black and put the Positive to the battery It will always stay on. So Take The Positive(Red) And Ignition (Orange) put them Together And connect it on Ignition Wire ;)

  • @Alexmagic1000 alright ! Thanks a lot

  • This would be a great videon if I could hear your voice over the shit music.

  • Great vid! What guage is this? I want the same one.

  • what about if my gauge only has to wires positive and negative ?

  • @andb1231 If that's the case you connect the positive on your Ignition and the negative you ground it.

(If you want you could subscribe to my channel.

  • 1 Persone who Disliked (It's probably because He Failed and fucked up his car)

  • niiiiice ride bro, love the lights, i have the same lighting in my car '98 dodge neon

  • @erkekzum Sick bro if you want you could subscribe to my channel bro thx

  • Could you wire the part you said has to goto the ignition to the Accesories wire?

  • @AussieReptileTV No because when the will be on it will give the power to your gauge

  • ok, i want to use a voltmeter for car audio. in a battery bank, if i hook up the ground to ground and power and remote(that other random colored wire) to my power it will be on when theres power so always. so if i put a switch on ground(single wire so its easier) i can turn it on and off with the switch?

  • @thetommantom Well if you only want to use it for your audio they sell a separate gauge for that like you see in my video i installed and i could see how much is my sub and speakers pulling

  • So there's just ONLY 3 wires on the back o this thing right? And is it pretty bright at night? I want mine to be pretty bright. Oh and should I get a digital stinger volt meter or this kind?

  • @kuningmuda Is Really nice in the night as you could see in the video Like this one is nice

digi is not that nice :P

  • Nice video but it would be more informative if you can remove the music and talk a little slower...

  • @RoRroland88 Sorry About that i will next time if you have any question pleas fell free to inbox me thx

  • Does anyone here knows which colour wiring would be the ignition for civic 92??

  • @red666A Hey if i'm not mistaking it should be IGNITION BLACK/YELLOW (+) In IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS to be 100% you could stick in your test light and turn on your car and you see it light up :)

but i'm pretty sure i'm correct

thx and don't for get to subscribe

  • from where can i buy this on the net?

  • @nautical92 if any one knos plsssss tell me..becauce i havent found this excect guage on ebay

  • @nautical92 Hey what's up i sell the gauge that you see me installing for 30$ but the installation is good for any gauge installation

  • i thought the red wire (power) was supposed to go to a constant 12v source?

  • @tatnard22 Hey what's up The red wire goes on the ignition wire because if you put red wire on 12v(Power Source) and you ground your black wire your gauge would always be on. So when you put your red wire on ignition. It give's (+)power to your gauge when your key is on "On"---> so when your turn on your car it give power to your gauge.YOU COULD PUT YOUR RED ON POSITIVE AND THE ORANGE ON IGNITION BUT YOU LOSE ACCURACY ( I DID NOT PUT THAT IN THE VIDEO I WANTED TO MAKE THE VIDEO QUICK)
