se è per questo anche "la dolce vita" però...lo so che per te sarà una bestemmia ma io amarcord lo odio...lo trovo volgare, populista e non all'altezza del genio visionario di fellini...mi sembra un cedere del maestro allo stile dei film orrendi di vitali e company che andavano di moda negli ani 70...gli preferisco di gran lunga il casanova o prova d'orchestra!

02:51 - fake shoulders and neck used to depict headless corpse. The arms poke out of the tunic about 3-4 inches too low LOL. Fairly good for 40 years ago, though.

Not exactly a "love thy neighbor" theme here. I think Fellini's artistic fantasy realism gets close to the truth of the ancient world...in all its brilliant barbarity. I sense this was his intention....to reveal this, and even open the door to an understanding of how Christianity could logically grow, as it did, within such a harsh context.
