carnage can escape the spidey sense whereas venom can't also carnage can use his symbiote as a weapon like e.g. bow and arrow and his symbiote regrows back i believe carnage is harder to beat as you can't really comprimise with him and nothing can affect him whereas eddie brock had a reputation so he has more to lose carnage wins hands down
