here are some advices for the nether world...

-DON'T TAKE WOOD

-take a lot of cobblestone so u could make a little base around the nether door cuz ghasts (big things that shoots fire-balls) can "destroy" ur nether door

-try not to catch fire because water is useless there ( try to put it out and it will disappear

-u must always have 2 of these flint and iron things with

that's all :D

Beware of the Nether's Ghasts! They shoot out fireballs! (But you can reflect it with a certain tool at them or another thing). If the Ghast shoots it at another enemy in the Nether, the enemy will try to attack the Ghast(but the Ghast will keep on trying to attack you only). Also, if the Ghast shoots the portal(witch helps you go to the Nether) the portal will become unlit and you can't go back to Earth. If the Ghast shoots it again, it will light up and you can go back.

@xXBL00DSN1P3Xx You cast it by right clicking. Try to cast it in deeper areas too. When you see the bobber go under quickly right click and then jump right after. You might miss the fish still though. So look behind you and you should see a blue fish. If you dont you may already have it if you dont you may not have been fast enough. :)

I use the gravel trick when I'm not in the mood to dig, but I prefer to dig it up because the trick gets rid of any chance of getting flint.

To COD4nub, when you go into a cave, put torches on ONLY your left or right side, so if u go into the cave, all ur torches are on your left so u know ur going down into the cave, and when you try come out, all your torches are on your right, so you know which way you came...

if u ever want alot of sand go to the part were the sand is floating, put torches under all of it knock a peice of and boom, a ton of sand ready 2 pick up then just collect your tourches, its called a sand farm, and i would also like 2 see 1 concidering ive never done it myself

lol u can try this if u want to cuz i do it. when u find a cave, place a few torches in front of ur stairs, and when u enter deeper with lots of directions, place a few on the way that u need to go. This way, u marked exactly where u have to go so u don't have to go all around your cave system to find ur way out. :) Its a lot to read but.. yea :)

when you are near an area where a monster can spawn (they are able to spawn anywhere where its dark), that music will go off. It wont go off all the time though, just at random points near a monster spawn-able area.

You should put up some signs in your mine so you don't get lost every time.

Also: You could have used some of your planks, you can do 1.5 cooking/smelting operations per block and unlike coal, it's a renewable resource.

the noise is made when there is an area 16x16 or more with a light level of zero, so it could be an unexplored cave, but it would even happen if you made a floating box 16x16 blocks large.
