@Ermac659 I changed my mind, both are stupid, but in different ways. Also Katy Parry was in S22, not 13-15. But yes, in general they were boring and Homer was stupid instead of mean. But I don't really think the whole "it's funny and that's all that matters" concept makes much sense since most of Scully's humor was Homer getting shot in the crotch. However, most of Jean's humor consists of puns, trendiness, gross-out gags, and Marge saying weird things. So I dislike both equally now.
Let's just face it, simpsons died after season 10. I'm still angry on how these damn critics and fans are saying the show is getting better. they guest starred katy parry for gods sake. Even Family guy wouldn't go that low. Like you said earlier, they should just ended the show with miracle at evergreen terrace at the end of season 10. Trilogy of error would have been a great finale too.

TS won't improve and if they moved MoET to the end of S10, I wouldn't have a problem since we could just forget the very brief badness of Super Bowl, kidney, Vegas, and Nessie, and still manage to sit through some of the last genuine "classics" like Pinchy, Mayored to the Mob, and the first act of Homer to the Max (the rest went off-topic and became stupid but the beginning was gold). Wrong. Seasons 1 - 12 were awesome. 13 - mid 19 were purile shit. I have no idea what the fuck was happening, but it was just shit. The most recent episodes have been great though, I'd recommend checking them out. They get back to basics - commentary on pop culture, funny jokes, and awesome animation.

The new episodes, though some might not agree with me, cannot compete with the old ones. The previous seasons had its fair balance between humor and emotional scenes, now it's all 'watch-homer-hurt-himself', and flat guest stars. When I watch the new ones, I hardly laugh anymore, and I forget so quickly. While the seasons 3-8, that was the series golden years, the episodes were epic then. I guess entering the 21st century took some of the spark away, much like what happened to Disney.
The moment I saw "witch" and "Bat" in the intro I immediately stopped the video. Silly errors set the precedent and I dare not waste any more of my time.

Who's that group with Homer at 1:04? It doesn't pan back far enough to actually show you their full faces, all you see is them standing around Homer. And who's that sitting with him on the roof at 0.48? And at 1:16...? I haven't seen those episodes.
everyone knows the golden age ended after season 9. 10-13 were still watchable simpsons and produced laughs for me, but after 13 it's been complete shit which proves they should've stopped it right after that season.

This was awesome! Could be improved by taking actual funny memorable events from the show, rather than art. But still pretty good! Thumbs up! :)

I myself hated the jockey elves since they were out-of-nowhere and proved that the show was running low on ideas and had to resort to WACKY saturday-morning cartoon antics.

@EpicWINNER1000 i don't get why people say season 13 to 15 are better than 11 to 12. It's true that season 11 and 12 had jerkass homer in it but again so does 13 to 22. The problem with 13 and 15 is that their too DAMN boring. 11 and 12 were at least funny and wacky. Also they had better celeberties in 11 and 12, i mean would you prefer mel gibson or Katy parry?

@Ermac659 I changed my mind, both are stupid, but in different ways. Also Katy Parry was in S22, not 13-15. But yes, in general they were boring and Homer was stupid instead of mean. But I don't really think the whole "it's funny and that's all that matters" concept makes much sense since most of Scully's humor was Homer getting shot in the crotch. However, most of Jean's humor consists of puns, trendiness, gross-out gags, and Marge saying weird things. So I dislike both equally now.

Let's just face it, simpsons died after season 10. I'm still angry on how these damn critics and fans are saying the show is getting better. they guest starred katy parry for gods sake. Even Family guy wouldn't go that low. Like you said earlier, they should just ended the show with miracle at evergreen terrace at the end of season 10. Trilogy of error would have been a great finale too.

TS won't improve and if they moved MoET to the end of S10, I wouldn't have a problem since we could just forget the very brief badness of Super Bowl, kidney, Vegas, and Nessie, and still manage to sit through some of the last genuine "classics" like Pinchy, Mayored to the Mob, and the first act of Homer to the Max (the rest went off-topic and became stupid but the beginning was gold). I still find FG worse though. It's like modern Simpsons, only aggravating instead of dull.

It is true that 10 to 12 will NEVER be good as the previous seasons, but in my opinoin, i think there WAY BETTER than the later season like 13 to 22. I mean 13-15 were pretty decent, but the very recent ones like 19 to 22 are just pure garbage. At least the scully era had some humour in it. I mean at least scully left us some great episodes like trilogy of error, lisa the treehugger, New york, etc........
Al jean couldn't even make on decent classic episode from 13 to 22.

Wrong. Seasons 1 - 12 were awesome. 13 - mid 19 were purile shit. I have no idea what the fuck was happening, but it was just shit. The most recent episodes have been great though, I'd recommend checking them out. They get back to basics - commentary on pop culture, funny jokes, and awesome animation.

NOTHING can beat the simpsons seasons 1-11. those were the gold years of the simpsons.the time between 2002 and the simpsons movie , the show started to lose audience. the year after the simpsons movie the show was OK.but the last 3 years of the simpsons the show has died and today it sucks.they should really stop making new simpsons and kill the show before it becomes annoying and forgotten.R.I.P. old awesome simpsons

But still, I prefer The Simpsons, as Fam Guy episode's storylines tend to be predictable. The Simpsons have always had good storylines and still have, and they have good, kind'a more grown up humor than Family Guy.

The new episodes, though some might not agree with me, cannot compete with the old ones. The previous seasons had its fair balance between humor and emotional scenes, now it's all 'watch-homer-hurt-himself', and flat guest stars. When I watch the new ones, I hardly laugh anymore, and I forget so quickly. While the seasons 3-8, that was the series golden years, the episodes were epic then. I guess entering the 21st century took some of the spark away, much like what happened to Disney.

everyone knows the golden age ended after season 9. 10-13 were still watchable simpsons and produced laughs for me, but after 13 it's been complete shit which proves they should've stopped it right after that season.

@EpicWINNER1000 yeah they did but were still somewhat bearable seasons for this simpsons fan. the party posse episode for example was a pretty funny one i think. 13 spiked back up a bit with marijuana, squishy lady, etc. but since 14 it's all gone to shit and we're getting kesha remixes that frighten the hell out of me.
