Hey y'all we love your DVD's!! I'm glad I bought the set too cause I was only going to get the beginner DVD but a lot of my favorite moves that you guys do are on the Advanced DVD so I would have eneded up buying it either way... Can you give me some tips when you do the overhead lifts? my partner is fairly light (110 lbs) and I can easily lift 150lbs barbell over my head. The only trouble I have is the balancing act, we can do the candle stick but only for a second or two. One of us usually get off balance, can you give me some tips?

@MegaTxDude Yes make sure that the girl is ridged... the more solid she is in the air the lighter she will feel and the easier she will be to control in the air... also when doing the superman practice laying on you back on the ground picking the girl up like the bench press and that will help both of you get your proper hand position and get used to balancing... also watch exactly how savannah is doing each move... every little detail makes a difference in being able to pull the move off or not

@MegaTxDude You see that her hands are back at a 45 degree angle and her head is up looking forward... my hands are directly on her hip bones... lifts are in the details :) We go into more details on our instructional DVD's you can get those by clicking on the website link above...
