@timmy79295. Epiphone is not a knock off Gibson. They are a subsidiary of Gibson that Gibson bought. They used to be there own company and gibsons # 1 competitor. Epiphone les Paul's are real les Paul's. Otherwise his name would not be on the headstock or guitar at all. Epiphones 61 re-issue SG is a far superior guitar to the Gibson model. I suggest you do your research first my friend. Don't go bashing things you have no clue about.

@TheWallGuitar dont be man. what good is your guitar and your strings if you dont put them to good use. it's like saying you dont wnna play your guitar because you dnt wnna get it outta tune. dont be afraid to do anything, a guitar is meant to be played :) so bend that string as high as you can! whats the worst that can happen? your string breaks? you can put on a new one and bend it again! :D no problem :)

1st off epiphany is a knock off on Gibson well it is Gibson but it ain't no les Paul either it's your amp

Les Paul invented the first solid body electric guitar (also called the log, later called the Les Paul) when he WORKED FOR Epiphone using Epiphone parts thus Epiphone LP is the real LP, Les sold his design to Gibson under the condition that they buy Epiphone thus Epi became a subsidiary of Gibson. Also it's worth noting that Les HATED Gibson and there are actually documents of Les Considering goin to a different manufacturer. So know your history dude.

Hey Marty, I just found this new blues-rock band on youtube called Rival Sons. I dont know if you have heard of them or not because they're from L.A, and they have a great vibe. Their music reminds me of Led Zeppelin and a little of Wolfmother. Anyways, I think you would like them, and if you could make a video on one of their songs. @LoganLive09 I don't neccessarily know about that..I mean I am sure if you actually did some scientific test you could come to that conclusion...have you tried earnie ball slinkies (the green packages)? I use 10 guage packs and they bend pretty easy. I think earnie ball also comes in super slinky but the guys at guitar center say they are a bit too "slinky" to stay in tune for very long.
