Thank you for this trick. I normally leveled up my party to at least the seventies or eighties, but this saved me a ton of trouble and time. I used it and beat him with lvl. 57 characters each.

Another way is to have all ranged weaponry and reflectga on, while someone has an Opal Ring in case healing is needed. This is better for Low-Level games though/

Okay, i tried this technique. You said that position is important. Apparently you're right lol. When i tried to take on Fafnir, i started with dispel like you do in the vid but as soon as i hit him with it he comes and attacks my party with rake, and that practically wipes em out. How do i keep him at a long range like you do in the vid?

@AquariusCenturies Sure, it'll just take longer since you can only cast one at a time and they aren't AoE(ie Thundaga gets reflected 3x per cast while shock is only reflected 1x)

Yeah.....that is the painlessly easy way. I'm a sword and shield kind of guy so it's all hand held weapons for me, better to get my point across if you catch my drift.

It does go down but they do enough damage that warmage(augment) returns more MP than is used.

Certain equipment, mostly staves, increases the power of elemental damage(magic or physical) by 50%. Storm staves boost lightning by 50%, flame staves increase fire, ect...

So in a sense, if the boss is vulnerable to element magic, a staff boosting that element>Rod of Faith?
