no this kid was never forced by his parents to play guitar. In fact himself is the one who asked his dad to buy him one, and so his dad went out and bought him "a toy guitar" and sung ha was stocked to play his first guitar a real one he thought, and as he strummed and found out it was just a toy guitar one that he couldn't tune, couldn't hit proper keys. He cried so hard that day in disappointment. he eventually got his real one, and this story was told during a TV interview like,,, years ago.
