@Onexpresso Tea leaves, especially oolong is best kept vacuum sealed in a freezer. This can keep it fresh for up to a year and half. After that, some of the depth of flavor starts to fade. If you cannot vacuum seal, keep the leaves away from light in an airtight bag.

How to properly dry the tea leaves if your not going to be making #20 , so they don't mould and mildew? Storage?
