@srjacomet Oh man where to start! The first thing I did was put the VXL Brushless System in it! Then I went crazy with aluminum. (don't do that) lol! Now I only have the shock towers and skid plates in aluminum. I put RPM front and rear A arms on and took off the aluminum ones cause they bend. ProLine wheels and tires. Oh and I kept the front and rear axle carriers, steering bellcrank and steering blocks, caster blocks, turnbuckles in STRC aluminum. And it also has Traxxas Big Bore shocks.

@traxxasrunner8 I do! They look great but if you're going to run LiPo make sure the beadlocks are VERY tight!

@DNALI Maybe 20 min! Just depends on how you drive. I bought a Traxxas PowerCell 7cell 8.4v and love that batt. Well, I didn't buy it, it came with my Slash 4x4 but I run LiPo in that.

@PRESTONBARCLAY99 I was going to but I have red on my Rustler vxl and it gets so scratch up it just about becomes silver. So that's why I went with the silver arms. Same here ST is the only aluminum I'll go with. Well, the bumper on the Slash (in this vid) was Integy but it bent to hell, so I put the stock bumper back on.

@100traxxas The battery lasts around 20 min., give or take. I would guess it's around 40 to 45 mph. As for the gearing, it's stock. The motor runs hot but not really hot. I live in Houston, TX in the summer it gets around 100+% and after running it, I can still touch the motor.

@RCdriver13 I don't think you REALLY need it. I wanted it because I like the look of it and it sounds cool. lol! I live in Houston TX and it gets very hot in the summer. I don't think I really NEED it, even here. But I'm sure it does it's job.

hey i got these tires for my slayer and the tires always slip off the rim, any tips?

@Chanceisthebomb Mine also did it once. I found most of the screws were loose on the beadlocks. So I took the beadlocks off the rim and tucked the tire back in, then put the beadlock back on and made sure they were tight. Now I check them once in a while to make sure they haven't come loose.

@slashracer111 I agree! I took most of it off now! It makes the truck heavy and bends. Waste of money! Sad thing is, I did the same thing to my Rustler vxl. Now I only have the axle carriers, caster blocks, turnbuckles and bellcrank in aluminum, on both trucks. I do want to get the new Slash 4x4 1/10th. Truck looks like a lot of fun.
