Gotta disagree. Mayth's distorted vocal chop before the melody is much more coherent and memorable. Not to say Freddy's is bad by any means.

Speaking as probably the biggest Mayth fan who ever lived, I have to agree with Sunixxxx. Rob's remix of "Celebrate the Summer" is probably my favorite song of his.

Now if I listened Rob`s mix more attentively I must say he has done hell of a job, love these bell at the beginning but when it comes to the main melody i prefer this mix for sure...between Eko your music rocks too :)

The mixing and the structure of rob mayths remix is alot better than all the other remixes! Just listen to the mellody and the mood shifting in the breaks. not to mention the buildups! If it wasn't for mayth, freddy hawk wouldn't sound like this at all or maybe not exist as an hands up producer. He even just tries to copy his style, with rather bad results! so if you mean that robins remix is total crap, i sugest you learn more about real music and and actually talented producers and artists! :)

Freddy hawk has went over to the hip hop genre under the name Dominic or something. He doesn't produce "hands up" any more, so I know he doesn't sound like mayth at all now. If you think about his latest hands up tracks like the Sweet Serenity remix or the "Jamboyz" projects there is even more influence from mayth than before!

With real music I mean music made by producers who don't "rip" elements from other tracks. Freddy Hawk rips alot from rob mayth like kicks etc.

Its not that Rob invented this kick, he was just the first who started using that. I personally dont think that Freddy is a copycat, like I already told he has his own unique style.Sweet Serenity remix isnt a jamboyz project, its freddy hawk and jack dizzle.You´ve heard Walking In The SkyJamboyz remix best hands up track ever imo,only tune I know under this alias and I dont see anyhow that its inspired by mayth...Yes he produces Rnb these days and its a shame..
