ya, but trust me, milk or cream will work better, but it will work both ways, withe butter w/water, or just use milk

Since the thc bonds with the butter during heating, and is not dissolvable in water i do not see the harm. It's is just easier to collect this way, always nice instead of a double boil method. But you make a good point with adding whole milk or maybe a cream so more has a chance of being absorbed.

@productionsPurpleWar thats why you boil the butter on low and let it simmer cuz the water metls the butter without burning it and the fat in the butter takes the thc out and sticks to it you let it set in the fridge over night and it'll have cannabutter on top and the water on the bottom like when you let a pan with greese set it thickins the same with the butter
