NO DISLIKES! thank you people. I really love dogs, and it breaks my heart watching this vid. My neighbor has a dog and he keeps on abusing his dog because its so loud every night. I can't blame the dog, he is too thin, maybe he's hungry! Go feed him, he might shut his mouth! urghhh.. I wanna kill my dog abuser neighbor!!!!
