  • Dina if you can remember, about how long did you or can you maintain this pose? Thanks for this, I will use it to strengthen my gluts for more cycling power! :D

  • I don't have a specific time for this pose but you can start with 5 slow breaths. Basically hold it for has long as you feel you can.
