This is so typical of the banks, I get the same from Well's Fargo, instead of an apology from B of A how about a true loan modification for these folks who are trying to save their homes? Thank you Congresswoman Maxine Waters for jumping in there, what can will do to change this?

The banks already got their bail-outs only to not offer much help I have been trying to get a true loan modification and Wells keep trying to give me something different that doesn't help much.. Lord bless these folks!
