  • Hope i helped, these youtube comments dont allow you to right alot, so sorry for the multiple comments, if you want more info, just ask :D I jsut like to help people when losing weight. Oh btw, you should be looking to lose FAT, NOT weight. A common mistake made for people that dont need to lose much, like yourself (frankly you look fine to me :/ )

    If you want i can give you a fat calculator to show you how much % you need to lose.

  • You can also gain alot of muscle if you so choose. It all depends if you willing to set aside 20mins a day for the rest of your life or an hour or more. With cardio, if you do alot, and start to slow down or stop, you will put it right back on and in alot of cases, even more then what you burned off. Although, saying that, 70% of it is what you put in your mouth, if it isnt right for your specific metabolism, you can gain weight, or go into starvation mode, which you dont want. Its all Insulin.

  • @mdarius14 ... you know i was thinking the same thing, which is very good !! I hope so because that means i am healthy and not loosing muscle and getting thin at the same time....(^_^) thanks, your comment helped me not feel fat (^__^) lol

  • @WhatEverRuvi The only thing is, when people do alot of cardio, you will always lose fat AND muscle. You also lose water weight, so when people lose weight and go YEAH I LOST WEIGHT, they put it back on when they gain that water weight back. I really only suggest people do 20mins of cardio a day MAX. and do whats called High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Its for all energy levels, and uses alot of your muscles in 1 go to burn off calories a hell of alot faster, and you maintain muscle.

  • Oh and, sorry to say more, you can workout ALL you want and you can STILL stay the same or even PUT on fat, just because your insulin levels are in the wrong area.

    Seriously you could workout an hour a day, hard, and gain fat. True story.

    Btw, dont look for DIETS, they are NOT good, you dont need to count calories, just about the right foods that put your insulin levels in balance. You need to find out your metabolic types, and NEVER, EVER, listen to weight loss stuff on TV or mags. Kay?

  • @TheDegrada I dont think there are too many free ways to find out on the internet, or any that are good or accurate. You normally (unfortunately) have to pay to get a test, and then you also get a sheet telling you what foods you should always eat, ones you can eat, ones you can eat on occasion, and ones you should never eat. Now i can give you the test, itll take awhile to do, but youll then have to find out what food u can eat, i cant do that. I dont know everything xD
