There's actually two sets of Girl from Phantasia available on Youtube w/ english subtitles. As for Battle Angel, you can find it still on Amazon.com since it managed to make it onto DVD and you can also pick up the Battle Angel Alita comic whilst there if you're so inclined. I miss a lot of the old ADV stuff because they had some great trailers, but much of their library has trouble holding up against the collapsing Anime economy both in the USA and in Japan. Give it time though, that'll change.
Battle Angel was great.
