  • Thanks CT! You are the real thing!

  • You're an inspiration man! You're like a hench Morgan Freeman :)

  • easiest way to point out a good bencher is if he has tree trunk arms (ie C T Fletcher). Never fails. As a stubborn powerlifter I've come to the realization that bodybuilding workouts for the triceps and biceps is needed in order to create hypertrophy and to attain large arms to push heavier bench presses.

  • When will it be my turn to put up 500?

  • @Scownage Now is your turn, keep checking my C.T. Fletchers Masster Plan on facebook for ways to help you get there naturally.

  • I like when he gestured tearing "the book" up. I can see him ripping a phone book in half.

  • Love your enthusiasm.

  • i know you have to take some kind of supplement

  • You inspire me man. Very humble, VERY strong. One day I hope to be almost as strong as you. I am am 20, just dumbell pressed 75's x 10

  • do u take cell-tech hardcore?

  • you should be the next oldspice guy ! :D respect brother

  • hope you feel good lieing to all of youtube saying you are natty

  • Natty as paris hilton

  • this guy is awesome. hes not one of those mindless assholes who just curse and have horrible bench form. this guy s jacked, and is drug free too. keep it up C T!

  • bro you're freakin hilarious

  • Your bench press is really impressive! But whats even more impressive is judging by the size of your legs you dont just train bench you actually work out your legs and round it all out good job man!

  • cheese burger time!!!! I love it!!

  • lol what a bad spotter..

  • Very inspirational, great personality / attitude .

  • questionable

  • fuckin sick brotha!

  • Wow you are the man....Inspirational!

  • you remind me of the guy i bench with hes over 50 too a lot to learn from you guys. and i dig the strict curls too im tired of sissys doing reverse power cleans with too much weight and still not growing, im trying to be a powerbuilder how long have you done 25 rep sets, does it make a difference? what rep range is best for shoulders. hope to see more vids soon!

  • you should do a book or instructional dvd.awesome.

  • Thats what I call benching! Inspiration indeed.

  • Ct either way u both seem to be very classy guys and a great motivation to us all. Looks like u have some serious lats brotha. Did u ever do a full pwerlifting meet. Or justbench and strict curl

  • I'm tired of hearing some weak ass dudes telling powerlifters to work on their gut. Not eveyone trains for cosmetic ct great video man. Serious bencher and big arms. I'm an npc bodybuilder and usapl powerlifter In the video u claim to be the best drug free lifter but I think my boy James Henderson might have u beat. But he does weigh about eighty lbs more than u

  • usually after watching a video like this i just want to eat and go lift crazy weights, but for some odd reason i want to listen to a smooth jazz and r&b. you ever had thoughts of being a radio host?

  • work on dat tummy big boy!!

  • Dude you just made 405 look like childs play.

  • most control ive seen while benching 405! long pause and still presses it like nothing

  • very impressive sir, I am just now starting bench press competition, this is very motivational for me. Can't wait to hit the gym for another heavy bench day!

  • ct this jeremy frm ballys the trainer. .. i was talking to jeremy bigg self and he brought up this vid about u... yikes bro,, u used to/still do go hard

  • How many times can you do 225? I bet a bunch.

  • @Klopecs Hey buddy, Im an old man now, so Im work on mostly repititions, I will do sets of 25 with 225 for four sets, the 315 for 15 reps another 4 sets, that's about it these days since Im trying to be a bodybuilder theses days every once in a while though I will show a youngster or two that the old man aint dead yet!

    !

  • IMPRESSIVE!!!!

  • You're 50? Get the fuck outta here. Ain't nobody believe that your over 50 years. At most I'ma say 40-45. Since you look exactly like the dude off diehard 2 and I know he wasn't more than 40 at the time of that movie.

  • YEAH CAPS LOCK KICKS ASS!!!!!!

  • NOTHING BUT 100% PURE LIFTING MOTIVATION!

  • I LOVE THIS VIDEO! THIS IS MY BENCH PRESS MOTIVATION! YOU FUKING BEAST CT.!! HAHAHAHA

  • pure inspiration

  • Great job man, still going hard at 50+. Definitely want to go down the same road when I'm your age :)

Oh, and also you're natural and extremely powerful, that's also very impressive.

    Cheers.

  • @DeterminedXV They call me Granpa at the gym, i don't mind I am a gran pa, with 10 grandkids to prove it. Thank you for watching and just keep lifting one day we all get old, if we're lucky. God Bless.

  • ct i just want you to know you are an inspiration, i reference ur name a lot when my friends ask me if i take steroids or supplements protein shakes or whatever... i just tell them i eat home cook momma meals, and i tell them there's this guy ct fletcher huge and strong preaching about bs,, BRUTE STRENGTH, way to go ct... and the clanging of the plates,,, i love it too man

  • @antant999999 How can u brag about HOW natural you are, either you are or your NOT. How many of those BIG naturals you know competed on a World Class level? for 25 yrs. took every drug test known to man and STILL have people say "He aint natural" I don't mind people who say he looks like he is on the juice, but when I take a blood/urine test and PASS and you still say Im not natural, you PISS me off!!! but thats just me, Im CRAZY LIKE THAT.

  • Dude I like u man ur just a boss no homo btw haha

  • @SeriousmaximSH NO HOMO, BUT THANKS THIS OLD MAN APPRECIATES IT.

  • Anybody else find it weird that he goes around bragging about how natural he is. I have known many big naturals throughout my life, and none of them have done this. The naturals that I have known would be ones not to brag, and they love getting accused of being on the juice. They don't take offence of it at all. The more people that accuse them the better.

  • GREAT video! Thanks for posting this. Very informative and quite entertaining to watch this type of power. Kind of humbling to me, however, but you are very inspiring man. Great job.

  • wow. talk about built to bench. gifted in the bench for sure. reminds me of ben brand pure raw strength.

  • Absolutely amazing strength!! was there a specific training method or routine that you followed to gain such strength??

  • @siana2nv AFTER MANY YEARS OF TRAINING I DEVELOPED MY "OWN" TRAINING METHOD, WHICH I RECOMMEND EVERYBODY DO AT SOME POINT, BECAUSE EVERYBODY IS UNIQUE, AND WHAT WORKS FOR SOME WILL NOT WORK FOR EVERYBODY, BUT MY TECHNIQUE IS ABOUT 50% BODYBUILDING AND 50 % POWERLIFTING. THANKS FOR WATCHING.

  • He is natural? Biggest natural dude I've ever seen.

  • @alehax27 100% NATURAL, AND THANKYOU, BUT I AM NOT THE BIGGEST NATURAL GUY, IVE SEEN AND COMPETED AGAINST BIGGER. JUST BEING ONE OF THE BIGGEST IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME. THANKS AGAIN, GOD BLESS.

  • this drug free make me lough much

  • @Pandaras THAT'S CAUSE YOUR IGNORANT MUCH.

  • Hey CT, I'm just curious as to how long you've been training? Great video by the way!

  • @AncientHer0 30 yrs. Im an old man now, they call me Granpa at the gym. My training partner is HALF my age, he keeps me workin hard! God Bless.

  • @cetricf That's awesome my friend keep up the good work! I hope i can aspire to your level one day!

  • @travisbucket56 I LIKE YOUR ATTITUDE!! 20YRS AGO I HAD THE SAME ONE!!

  • this is in my natural weightlifting motivation playlist along with gustavo badell 100% natural

  • @BOKNOWSCOMPUTERS THANKS SO MUCH, GUSTAVO BADELL, I DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN THAT CATEGORY, BUT I APPRECIATE YOU WATCHING. GOD BLESS.

  • @MacMaraScott YOU GOT ME!!! I'VE ACTUALLY SEEN IT DONE BUT THE GUY WASN'T DRUG FREE EITHER. BUT YOU DID GET ME, LOL.

  • @MacMaraScott THATS GREAT!!! GOOD JOB. IS HE ALSO DRUG FREE?

  • WOW STRONG! 500 for 5 RAW natural is sick power big guy! How many times can you rep your bodyweight for? I posted a bench bodyweight challenge i did 185x40 reps but im sure you could crank out 50+ with the weight your pressing!

  • @chiefava, You asked for advice, Im sorry I got carried away and didn't give any. I was stuck at 500 lbs. for the longest time, the way I got past it was PERCENTAGES, in other words you have to slowly increase the amount your lifting, SNEAK UP ON IT!! start at 60% of your max and slowly build up add 5 to 10 pounds per week for about 16 wks. it' takes patience, something I don't have a lot of, but it's well worth it, GOD BLESS.

  • CT....i REALLY appreciate your style and confidence. Your EXACTLY the type of role model I've been looking for. I FEEL the same about being natural/raw. I don't take ROIDS or ProHormones...I keep it protein & multivitamins. I've been serious about Benching for about 8 year now and I finally attempted 6 plates. After watching this, you gave me a BIG LIFT to try again...THANK YOU....God Bless! I have a video posted on my attempt at 6 plates. I could REALLY use some advice.

  • @chiefava IM GOING TO WATCH YOUR VID AS SOON AS I RESPOND TO YOUR COMMENT. FIRST OF ALL LET ME SAY, I MAY NOT BE THE BEST ROLE MODEL U COULD HAVE PICKED. I HAVE BEEN NO ANGEL IN MY LIFE TIME, IN MY YOUTH, I SOUGHT OUT ANY CHALLENGE AND DIDN'T MIND LETTING EVERYBODY KNOW, I WAS THE BEST, IN FACT I WOULD ANNOUNCE IT AS SOON AS I ARRIVED AT THE CONTEST, I'D WALK IN YELLIN "WHICH ONE OF YOU MF'S IS COMIN IN SECOND?, CAUSE YOU ALL KNOW WHO'S FIRST!" GOD HAD TO HUMBLE ME, I NOW KNOW, IM NOTHING!!

  • @cetricf LOL!!! Thank you. you truley are a champ in my book. I love the honesty and humility and I believe that is what makes you a great 100% ALL NATURAL POWERLIFTER! I will keep my focus on your strategies. God bless you in all your righteous endeavors.

  • @chiefava CHIEF IM EXPECTING "NO LESS" THAN A WORLD TITLE FROM YOU, FIND NATURAL CONTEST AND ENTER!! YOU HAVE CHAMPION WRITTEN ALL OVER YOU. AND WHEN YOU GET TO BE OLD LIKE ME YOU CAN ALWAYS LOOK BACK AND SAY: "I WAS THE BEST IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD" NOT MANY PEOPLE CAN SAY THAT CHIEF, GO AFTER IT!!

  • @cetricf U GOT THAT MUCH FAITH IN ME! I AM COMPLETELY HONORED! I WILL DO MY BEST AND I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED. TH X CHAMP!

  • CT, You have an incredible attitude towards lifting and it's really awesome to see that, I enjoyed watching this video you made it entertaining instead of being the dead serious guys you always see in videos. I get tempted time to time to start some sort of Prohormone but i always tend to run across some awesome video telling me to stay natural and it's very motivating. With little changes here and there to training i see results again which makes me realize it's more important to be patient.

  • @AncientHer0 I AM VERY THANKFUL THAT I COULD IN SOME SMALL WAY MOTIVATE YOU TO STAY NATURAL, I AM 52 YRS. OLD NOW AND IN NOV. I WILL BE TRYING TO WIN A WORLD TITLE IN BODYBUILDING, "NATURAL" BODYBUILDING THAT IS... GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP TRAINING, IT REALLY IS THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH.

  • I respect how he does the lifts naturally and properly with no cheating. No boards on the chest and no bench press shirt.

  • big benchin in the 90s. lol, great post ct.

  • damn dude, you're a monster....hopefully one day i can play around with a 495 pound bench like you do, you def got a new subscriber....

  • @GOTSPL165 Thankyou very much GOTSPL165, This vid was shot in 1993, I was young and strong back then, I'm an old man now, but still not to shabby for 52, check some of my current vids out, and thanks again for watchin!

  • @muzimuzi Don't believe me, that's fine, my 3 world record bench presses were set in NASA the natural atheletic stength assc., My 3 world strict curl records were against ALL comers since these competitions were NOT tested, my record still stands 20 yrs. later. My entire lifting history, and my life story can be found in the Dec issue of POWERLIFTING USA the bible of powerlifters. I've been tested for 25 yrs. NEVER FAILED, if that's not enough for you, OH WELL. Im no Angel, never claimed 2 be

  • Hes an awesome bencher no doubt but i gota ask how does any1 can tell hes really and has been drugfree his whole life? he could be on a break now but he probably used sometime

  • @check347 Thankyou, for you comment, I have done my best to promote Natural lifting/bodybuilding for 25yrs. now. Im old, but Im still doing my thing. To be counted as "One of the Best" is all I can hope to achieve, that's very HIGH praise, thanks again.

  • Crazy, definitely an inspiration all natural, i'd say one of the best

  • he fired his last pin 2 days before filimg this... therefore its all natural muscle

  • @ogrezim My record speaks for itself, 25 yrs of competition, "ALL NATURAL" competition, 6 World titles, 3 of which were against ALL comers, nat. or not. What have you EVER done? besides TALK. Anybody can do that, be a MAN for once in your life, get up out of your lounge chair an DO something, ANYTHING, besides find fault!!

  • @cetricf ty CT for your reply, I’m flattered you took the time to respond. At no point was I knocking your achievements. I'm an avid lifter, I do use gear and I only hope to one day have a bench like yours. If you are as you say 100% natural, then I truly apologise. I’m just a sceptic; I find it hard to believe that in 25 years you never once took a trip to the dark side. There are too many juicers out there that claim to be natural and I find it upsetting and misleading to the masses.

  • @ogrezim let me make this PERFECTLY CLEAR I don't knock ANYONE who choses to use roids, it is an individual decision for each person to make and live with. My complete life story as far as lifting and competition can be found in the Dec 2010 issue of POWERLIFTING USA, this is the foremost powerlifting publication in the world, I was fortunate enough to make the cover. I wasn't always the old man you see today, I was once young and dumb. Read my story, if you get the chance. Thanks, God Bless.

  • @cetricf by the way, I would love to see the strict curl contest, if it's available

  • @PhilM662 CLIPS OF THE STRICT CURL CAN BE FOUND ON THE VID. CT FLETCHER ONE OF THE STRONGEST MEN YOU NEVER HEARD OF, HEAR ON YOUTUBE. AND THE 225 CURL IS "STILL" THE RECORD TO THIS DAY, I SET IT IN 1992. IT IS MY LAST RECORD THAT STILL STANDS, NOW THAT IM OLD IM PROUD OF THAT. I SET THE RECORD SHOWING OFF FOR MY GIRLFRIEND, I WASN'T EVEN GIVING IT MY ALL, HAD I KNOWN I MIGHT BE MAKING HISTORY I WOULD HAVE TRIED HARDER, I WAS A ARROGANT PUNK, PERIOD.

  • This is awesome, I had no idea that a man could get so big, all natural. This man is a big inspiration for me.

    Thank You !! :)

  • @SvendIsAwesome WELL THANK YOU VERY MUCH. AS YOU CAN SEE, I WASN'T GONNA WIN ANY MR. OLYMPIA TITLES, BUT JUST FOR SIZE AND STRENGTH A "NATURAL" LIFTER CAN GET PRETTY BIG, WITHOUT STEROIDS. NOT AS BIG AS A "RONNIE COLEMAN" AND NOT NEARLY AS CUT, BUT NOT TO BAD FOR JUST EATIN, SLEEPIN, AND LIFTIN!! THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR COMMENT, IM AN OLD MAN NOW, AND IT'S GOOD TO HEAR.

  • @cetricf No problem man. Keep up the work. You definitely got your self a new subscriber and a new supporter !!! :D

  • I love these videos man, you have a great attitude

  • @40hourworkweek Thanks so much for your comment. Im an old guy now, and cant do all the heavy weight anymore but Im not done yet, Im still SWINGIN!! THANKS FOR WATCHIN!!

  • cool stuff man! when was this filmed?

  • @ach 1992 OR 93 NOT 100% SURE WHICH. IM OLD...I FORGET. BUT I WAS ONCE YOUNG AND STRONG!! THANKS FOR WATCHIN!! GOD BLESS.

  • Oops CT my comment was for a Vidya a friend put up. You pra0 too tho. Compliment. Montelongoooooooo! What happened to your Facebook?

  • @TheMegaDaddy Hey Eddie, I didn't know that was my Nephew. Facebook was causing to many Problems for me. Better to just get the Hell Off!!! Montelongoooooooooooo!!!

  • Mec. be pra0

  • @TheMegaDaddy O.K. Im 51 almost 52 and Im sorry but I don't know what Mec. be praO means. I don't know if your complimenting or insulting me...so all Im gonna say is thanks for watchin!

  • I like this guy. He seems really cool.

  • @mferguson1281 THANKS MR. FERGURSON, I TRY TO BE, BUT SOMETIMES I "CAN" BE A REAL ASSHOLE, BUT IM WORKIN ON IT!!

  • If Ronnie Coleman smoked weed, this is what he'd sound like. I mean that in the best way possible haha

  • @cfcjt93 Thanks...I think.

  • @cetricf Haha I'm just talking about how excited you talk but how calm you sound if that makes sense

  • @cfcjt93 PERFECT DESCRIPTION, NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT IT, BUT SOUNDS ACCURATE. LMAO.

  • Comment removed

  • @goosure O.K. HERE WE GO AGAIN, FIRST OFF IT'S VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO TALK TO YOUR "DADDY" LIKE THAT, I KNEW I SHOULD NEVER HAVE STOPPED BY YOUR MOMMAS TRAILER THAT NIGHT. THEN YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN BORN, I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT UR "INBRED" MOMMA WOULD HAVE A MONGALOID FOR A SON. KEEP TALKIN AND DADDY IS GONNA WASH YOUR MOUTH OUT WITH KNUCKLES, AND PUT FOOT ALL IN YOUR RETARDED ASS!! FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO PLAY WITH, YOUR SISTER FOR INSTANCE, EVERYBODY ELSE IN THE FAMILY HAD A TURN, WHY NOT?

  • insane strength.....

  • @sgtfitz71 THANK YOU VERY MUCH, THIS IS WHEN I WAS YOUNG, IM AN OLD MAN NOW, BUT I STILL HAVE A FEW MORE "REPS" LEFT IN ME. GOD BLESS.

  • OHHH , my weight is 71kgs :D

  • U R THE BEST IN BENCHES :D hahaha hey i wanted to ask u something well hmm i have never been doing the bodybuilding stuff nd well i have just started going to gym for about 2 months nd in this two months i did my last record 77kgs nd i am 15 years old nd me weight is 77 well hmm wat u think about it?

  • @hotelcity Hello, you are 15 yrs. old and you bench more than you weigh and you've only been training for 2 months, I'd say you are a STRONG young man who should keep it up and see how far you can go!!

  • @cetricf thx , yh i should start training over again , but u know i am not so tall , i am just 169cm so don't u think its gonna be bad for me like i won't anymore grow up "longer" :S

  • @hotelcity IT IS A "MYTH" THAT LIFTING WEIGHTS WILL STUNT YOUR GROWTH, THIS IS "NOT" TRUE, IF YOUR MEANT TO BE TALL, YOU WILL BE, SIMPLE AS THAT. IF YOUR MEANT TO BE SHORT, YOU WILL BE, GOD DECIDES YOUR HEIGHT, LIFTING WEIGHTS WON'T CHANGE THAT. BEING MUSCULAR TALL OR SHORT IS ALWAYS A PLUS!! GOD BLESS YOU.

  • @cetricf yhh thx for the information nd still one question , how old were u when u made this video nd how old r u now that u say u r old :D

  • @hotelcity I WAS 32, I AM 51 ALMOST 52 NOW, SO THIS WAS MADE NEARLY 20 YRS. AGO. CHECK OUT MY OTHER VIDS AND YOU CAN SEE ME AS AN OLD MAN. LOL.

  • @cetricf haha , yhh i check them out :P btw this video looks like if it was made yesterday HAHAHA :E

  • You are strong as this guy: /watch?v=5vnc9NnBTxI. And he is heavily drugged. ;)

  • wow he benched as much as ron coleman naturally.... what a fin badass

  • @xxxsmokey The world is full of people with 290lbs, benching 600lbs without aid of steroids and such. It is so ridiculous and funny - it always makes me smile. :) And those shitty tests - they can be cheated easily. Just look at James Henderson. He benched 711lbs while, at the same time, passing steroid test. While world record for raw bench press is 715lbs set by Scott Mendelsson who is heavily drugged powerlifter. Now, we have to trust Henderson that he is natural. Just funny... :)

  • @BodyHeaven Well I don't know if the world is FULL of 600+ natural benchers, but there are a handfull, maybe 10. 10 out of millions of weightlifters, that's not a lot, do you know any personally? As far as the test are concerned, they are the same ones given to the OLYMPIC ATHLETES, get in a contest, and see for your self. James Henderson, was a MONSTER, it's not hard looking at him, to believe he was natural, no veins bulging out, He was just BORN BIG, I HAVE STOOD THE TEST OF TIME, GOD BLESS.

  • @cetricf There no exist 600+ natural bencher. Thing like that is pure and simple - lie. :) I gave my comment, expressed my opinion - there is no point to argue. I am not illiterate, empty or un-experienced.

  • @BodyHeaven I believe you when you say you are not illiterate, empty or un-experienced. So Im going to ask you something. Hasn't there always been men who were just STRONGER than other men? Paul Anderson, Bill Pearl, and even Jim Thorpe. Paul and Jim were PRE-STEROIDS, but compared to the other men of there day, they seem like SUPER MEN. Isn't GOD the one who decides who will be taller, stronger, faster? I believe James Henderson, I never met him, but I know what GOD did for me, so I believe him

  • @cetricf If you are going to trust James Henderson, convicted criminal who served 3 years (was sentenced to 50 years, but paroled) for drug trafficking... Than you have problem. :) Also, Scot Mendelson benched 715lbs while heavily drugged and James Henderson benched JUST 4LBS smaller weight? Now Mendelson is weak guy with a lot of drugs and Henderson is what - Superman? Nah, we all know they both relied on heavy drugs.

  • @BodyHeaven You are entitled to believe WHATEVER you want. "HE WITHOUT SIN, LET HIM CAST THE FIRST STONE" finding fault is the easiest thing on earth to do, ANYBODY can do that, now actually getting up off your ass and doing something, now that takes courage. All you statements would be fine if you confined them to YOURSELF, say: I can't do this or I can't do that without steroids, that would be accurate, but you cannot pretend to know the limitations of everyman on earth, that just sounds DUMB!

  • @cetricf Now you started with "insulting" words. But it is your right, too. I must admit that doesn't sound to christian (as you pretend you are christian with every other comment finish god bless...).

There IS limit for every human being. Training in the gym for last 12 years I learned that. On the other side - you don't have any need to be mad. I am just one man who doesn't believe you. Not a big deal. If you did it naturally - there is no need to justify yourself. ;)

  • @BodyHeaven I DON'T PRETEND TO BE ANYTHING, I AM VERY GREATFUL TO GOD FOR GIVING ME A SECOND CHANCE AT LIFE, ONE THAT I DIDN'T DESERVE, I TELL EVERY ONE, I AM FAR, FAR, FROM PERFECT. FULL OF FLAWS, AND JUST A MAN, NOTHING MORE, I MAKE PLENTY OF MISTAKES EVERYDAY. YOU CAN'T FOOL GOD, SO THERE IS NO NEED TO PRETEND TO BE ANYTHING. IM JUST A GUY WHO KNOWS FIRST HAND HOW GOOD GOD IS, AND I TRY TO LET EVERYBODY ELSE KNOW. YOUR RIGHT ABOUT ONE THING THOUGH, THERE IS NO NEED TO JUSTIFY MYSELF TO YOU.

  • @xxxsmokey Thanks for that comment Smokey, the vid is old, Im 51 now, and rarely go 500, only if challenged to do so, by some youngster who thinks the old man hasnt' got it anymore. GoD BleSS.

  • Your very inspirational and I respect you as an individual not just a body builder.

I dont mind people who do steroids, but dont like people who act as though they do not inject, orally take it but do infact use steroids.

  • @Shookwun09 Thank you so much. My lifes story can be found in the Dec. 2010 issue of Powerlifting USA. I am no Angel by any stretch of the imagination, God has been very good to me, even though I cetainly did not deserve it. Thanks for your comments.

  • @Shookwun09 I have been around for 30 yrs, competing and passin drug test the whole time. My lifes story is documented in the Dec 2010 Powerlifting USA mag.Im nobodys angel, never claimed to be, It doesn't matter to me, one bit if you believe me or not, my record speaks for itself. Finding fault is so easy to do, acutally doing something yourself is a LOT HARDER. I DONT LIKE PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FUCK THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT, BUT SPEAK AS IF THE DO.

  • You're a tank...it's ridiculous to see a man with this much power...

  • @DHSfootbalLAXwrestle THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR COMMENT, THIS VID. WAS FILMED IN 93, IM AN OLD MAN NOW, BUT STILL COMPETING, GOD BLESS.

  • What's up C T? Stayin' big?

  • @Sjones675 I trying to do all I can to keep father time from catchin up to me completely, As for staying big, I feel small these days, Im weighing around 260 but when I competed at 315, 260 seems small...thanks for askin.

  • @cetricf Oh yeah. Well I can imagine your still huge even at 260! Even At 6'4, and about 255-260, your way bigger than I am. If that makes you feel any better! Also I was wondering if you could answer a question for me, do you know what the "Thomas Inch Dumbell" is? Is that a power lifting event? Hope all's well with you. take it easy, bye!

  • @Sjones675 I am onlyh 5'11" tall, and of course I know what the Thomas inch Dumbell is, I've been at this for 30 yrs. not to much I haven't heard of. It is not a powerlifting event, but it is a TRUE test of raw power and grip strength. It is a very heavy dumbell with a very wide bar in between, making it very difficult to grip. Thanks for your comment. God Bless.

  • omg... and u say u r natural? holy crap! anyway, what ever happened to the old iron weights? the last 3 gyms i've attended in the last 5-6 yrs only have those gay rubber coated octogonal plates? i miss that clanging metal sound! should we start a petition? god bless!

  • @secutorclaudius Yes and this is the 30th year of taking and passing drug tests. My whole lifes story can be read in the Dec 2010 issue of Powerlifting USA, I am NO ANGEL, just a guy who GOD chose to show mercy on, and let me live. Nothin sounds sweeter than a pair of 45's clangin together, that's a quote from that C.T. Fletcher guy...

  • @cetricf thanx for your response. i'm 37 and i'm at my strongest ever, hope i'll be getting stronger, u r an inspiration. i do get aches and pains every now and then, more so then i was in my 20's, and a bit more belly fat, but i still lift more than most in my gym (all, actually). god bless again!

  • @secutorclaudius I LIKE HOW YOU SLIPPED THAT "ALL ACTUALLY" IN THERE, LET'EM KNOW WHAT'S UP, I AM THE KING OF THE BEASTS!!!! keep it up and GOD BLESS.

  • truly speechless. i love your personality. the best part is your drug free. you dnt see people like this drug free. my unlce played for nc state 520 max drug free. he tells me all the time how much he got looked at like you never worked out you just juiced up. so my respect for is so high. your a hero to the bench press. next time i work out im saying to myself."wanna be like ct . wanna be like ct." haha your a true role model

  • @upennfootball Im not worthy of such high praise, and certainly not 'ROLE MODEL' material, but I thank you SO much for your comments. NOW GO OUT AND MAKE THEM WEIGHTS SORRY YOU SHOWED UP!!!

  • incredibly incredibly strong....! man i'm speechless, you're benching 315 like its peanuts... damn respect!!!

  • @chriszzz1225 Thanks so much, I was pretty strong back in my day, God has been very good to me. Thank you again for your comment.

  • CT what are sum of the old school supps peeps used to take back in the day?

  • @RUBAN0606 Well two come to mind, dessicated liver and brewers yeast. I don't even know if they still sell it, but I took a GANG of it! I also used to drink a dozen RAW EGGS at one time as part of my lunch, everyday I would have a crowd in the cafeteria at work gathered around to watch me do it, girls would be saying YUCH!!! some guys too..Thanks for askin.

  • You're the man Fletcher

  • @goingfor1000 Thank You, I appreciate that, but I am NOTHING, I used to THINK I was the man, but now I know for sure, I AM NOTHING, GOD is the MAN!!!

  • @cetricf haha God is the King, you're the man :p But I want to say that you're very inspirational and I'm currently working towards being as big as I can naturally. Thanks a lot!

  • @goingfor1000 GOD IS KING!!!, And as big as you can, is pretty big, you can have size to match the steroid guys you may not have veins runnin all over the place and skin tight skin, but you can be VERY LARGE without roids. Stay Natural and God Bless.

  • He is funny lol

  • @fireman556644 THANK YOU, ONE LADY CALLED ME "HILARIOUS".

  • I was very good at curls .... but I could never bench more than 450 lbs .... was a pro wrestler (W.W.A. heavywieght chaphion 5 x's back in 1988 - 1993 was a small independent league in south jersey.) You are AWSOME !!! You are a BAD MAN - but I am more proud of you being a man of God ! A man as strong as you who gives the glory to God is a man that I admire!!!!!

  • @kenpo1961 I cant tell you how much I appreciate you comments. You are not a "ARM CHAIR" athelete, but a real competitor , who just didn't sit on the sideline but actually got in the game and gave it your all. PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING IS NO JOKE, I know I did it for a while out here on the west coast, You have to be a serious athelete, tuff and strong, Broc Lesnar proved that, he walked in with a hand full of fights and won the MMA title, Well from one former wrestler to another, God Bless Ya!!!

  • Great performance, thank you.

  • @cetricf hey thanks for replying back and that definitely motivated me im training right now for the weightlifting team and i thought it would be best to ask you what should i eat because i know for you being as strong and natural as you are you must have to eat a ton of food so i just want to know what kind of food should i eat? and thanks for replying to my comment

  • @RunescapeMasters4000 Best advice for a powerlifter: the primary goal in powerlifting is to be BIG & STRONG, so EAT EVERYTHING THAT ISN'T NAILED DOWN EVEN WHEN YOUR NOT HUNGRY, AND EAT CLEAN, WHICH MEANS NO FRIED FOOD, OTHER THAN THAT HAVE AT IT, BIG MAN.

  • Are you still heavy benching or bodybuilding
