There was an investigation by congress? I only saw Nancy get the deer in the headlights look and swear someone told her he was cool. Hawaiian certificate shown? If he referenced the item that was on O's websight and Factcheck? That did not have a notary signature or seal on it. So, irregardless of the bogus format used in an insultingly obvious forgery it is not a legal document.

I would not lean one way or the other, but would like documented verifications to answer the question finaly.

However, the judge wanted Ms. Taitz to given a reason for not applying the $10,000 fine. Instead Ms. Taitz continued in her unprofessional behaviour and refused to explain why she should be fined. This resulted in the fine being doubled.
