To people saying to just use a Youtube Converter- Maybe people don't want the shitty quality that is always and inevitably caused when youtube compresses it's videos? Even on 1080p nothing beats the original quality of the song file.
I contemplated just shortening that first sentence to "Maybe people don't want their music to be shitty quality" but that could have been taken in a very wrong way, and the 70% of youtube nitwits (70% being generous) wouldn't understand what I meant by it anyway.
I wish, I really REALLY wish, people would put download links in their descriptions when it comes to song videos. It'd save everyone from having to PM the author "omg dl link plzzz" and the author from having to respond. Everyone wins.
Go to Deadfrog. Search for Touhou, download the ones in the "Audio" sections for C74, C75, C76. Thank me later. You'll have to sort through some truly terrible shrieky Japanese girls, but for every 20 of those, there's one of these, and that makes it so, so worth it. There's also that awesome Bad Apple voice remix.

Theres a nice site called Dirpy that lets you rip the mp3 form each youtube vid at good quality. Just DL from there.
