That's cool, in the last section of the zoom. How did you get the final image of the world and the country?

Oh, yeah, the pictures were taken with Google Earth and edited in Photoshop to cover up some text that appeared on the images.

Nice Effect where did you find a video to zoom out to your 3d earth

It was just camera movement made within after effects. For the 3d earth I used the tutorial found on videocopilot called "The Blue Planet". The actual zoom out effect was done with a tutorial on the same site called "Earth Zoom".

The only thing you did wrong was the clouds, you should have made them bigger because you can see the unfeathered edges. Good Job though!

Well it seems to be much more in depth with effects more than video editing. So basically it is just a program for some really good effects but it doesn't go as in depth with editing video.

They are for differnt things, final cut is much better at video while this is better at effects like he said. Shake is also a great tool.
