Funny comment really, since Kosmos has the hardest time juggling the opponent while going for max hits and cancelling especially since her stronger attacks have a strange hitbox (and her weaker ones have trouble knocking big enemies into the air).

It doesn't really fit her though given her style. She had no real ties to Jr. and it was primarily Shion that had any empathic link to her. Just seemed out of place. It would be funny if one of the abilities you could have gotten for her was ERDE FREAKING KAISER or the E.S. Dinah.

KOS-MOS somehow ended up in the Endless Frontier in her stasis pod DURING the storyline for Xenosaga 3. She is also very well aquainted with Reji and Xiaomu because she, along with Shion and Momo, fought along side them and other characters in the japanese only RPG Namco x Capcom. T-elos also ended up in the Endless Frontier and seeks to settle the score with KOS-MOS further emphasizing that this all takes place during, not after, the storyline for Xenosaga 3.

This is by no means a fighter. It's a turn-based semi-action RPG.

The only fighters on the DS to get any real attention are the bleach one(s). Look into them or look on other platforms would be my advice.

It's sort of an Action RPG game, with lots of excitement. If you're looking for an action game, you might like this. But still, it takes A LOT of strategy to play. If you're looking for an action game, try naruto Ninja Council. I've heard it's pretty good (although I don't like Naruto myself)

Sometimes during the dialogue blue-eyed KOS-MOS will speak some lines.  You can tell by looking at her character portrait when she speaks. She does that at various points during the story.

It'd be more accurate to say that the story in Endless Frontier takes place after Namco x Capcom. Reiji and Xiaomu were original characters which first showed up in NxC, along with KOS-MOS, Shion, and a bunch of other characters from numerous videogames. NxC's story didn't have a lot to do with Xenosaga except as a setting where those particular characters came from.

Alpha 1 was Playstation (and DC), as was Alpha Gaiden. Alpha 2 and 3 are on PS2. I've seen no evidence that Alpha 1 was ever on the PS2.

MX and Advance were ports/remakes released years later.

And the only games to be released in the US are the OG games, including this one.
