For all those who haven't picked up on it yet, the wig is made from her mothers hair. you can tell because in needle through a bug you see Shilo's mother's body and she is bald.

but as far as I know the eyes are just genetics.

There had been a huge ordeal about the time limit to the movie, but the original backstory was that Marni's hair was given to Shilo as a wig and her eyes were given to Mag. That's why in the "Needle Into a Bug" video (deleted scene), the corpse (Shilo's mom) didn't have eyes or hair.

Maybe it´s her own hair. Shilo had hair as little child(see Nathan´s Flashback for that).

Probably she got the poison after she was old enough to "want to much" and lost her hair as a reaction of the poison. In a world which can create organs is a real hair wig nothing crazy.

I dont get why people keep saying Shilo's wig is of her mother's hair. I know it says it in here but thats just the song. You can see in the flashbacks that her mother's hair was short, curly and a light brown color.

@BlueXMoonXProduction I don't think Blind Mag knew that at the time. All the "past footage" shows Marni having fairly dark hair. Also keep in mind that Shilo would not have been inclined to correct Blind Mag, as she just wanted her out of the house before her father had a cow.
