  • pt 6; so can u persuade me why I should believe u & ur partners over the trainer of champions, a man w/ more years of experience than u & ur partner's combined ages--that man being the trustworthy, JWeider? Just to play the devil's advocate, u want your customers to train insanely with super heavy weights & low reps so that they get big & muscular super fast, & sell ur on-line ebooks & e-programs, but aren't u disregardin the ppl out there--who can get injured from ur heavy duty workout routines

  • @MikeBruceSullivan Lol stop gloating about Joe Weider. Most the guys he trained have good body symmetery plus take a lot of performance drugs, Vince is appealing the market to the average folk who wants to look in shape and bring a challenge in their life. You don't have to trust him, but if you follow through his programs there is a good chance you can build that trust. Plus there isn't only one way to train, there are hundreads of ways some just work better than others.

  • pt 5. So for the length of these comments, it seems that important questions like mine get answered in the context of youtube comments on your vids. So, the million-dollar question is "what are your views on Joe Weider's slow progressive 6-8 rep range?" Ur training tactics & those of your partners like Lee Hayward stress super heavy weights and low reps which are mostly 4 power & which can cause injury, no matter how much glucosamine/fish oil u take or how much u warm up. thx hope 2 hear from u.

Bottom line: it seems that you, Lee Hayward, Sean Nalawanjy, "The Cook Bros" & your other "kick-back" marketing/referral partners want to have ur potential customers see fast results--results that with heavy weights & da resulting improper form can cause injuries--no matter how much warming up you do. U guys don't even have a disclaimer on your vids. Im not sure we should be believing u new-fangled newbie gurus over the wisdom of Joe Weider & his slow progression & good form an 6-8 reps.

  • Pt 3: .so Joe Weider, a trustworthy source, seems to have good "old school" advice. He trained legends, so his advice does have a lot of trust. Weider says low reps build power, high reps build muscle mass and definition. But u younger guys seem only concerned about just adding a lot of weight & outdoing ur prior workouts--no matter what da cost. Do u really think outdoin prior workouts @ all costs is really needed? why not outdo them in 2 wks? & reps in da 6-8 range will prevent injuries?

  • Part 2: Also, 5 sets of 5 reps seems like too much weight and a recipe for diaster-injury. How can u pick a weight to do 5 reps for if that probably will be super heavy weight that forces u to do reps in poor form?! I warm up, but it seems that low reps is what Joe Weider, another Canadian--but a bodybuilding legend, said is 2 build power, and 2 build muscle mass like a Frank Zane body-type, you need to do 8 to 10 reps in good form for 4 to 5 sets & maybe add more weight every 2 weeks?...

  • Part 1: Hi. I hurt my shoulder. da front part of my shoulder feels sore for 1 month. Doesn't hurt, it just is sore all the time, more so after workouts. Been following da advice of a PT who told me if u want muscle hypertrophy, I'd have todo 6 - 8 sets of 6 - 1reps. Also followed ur buddies from Canada--LeeHayward & Cook bros., Not so sure anymore about ur advice that you have to keep adding a lot of weight at every workout & outdo your prior workout. Also, 5 sets of 5 reps seems like TOO much..

  • @iciplayer10 Of course. But so does eating a box of donuts. Weight gainers are low grade protein with lots of sugar, fats, fillers and artificial sweeteners. You're better buying an elite protein and adding fruit, oatmeal, avocado, peanut butter etc.

I wanted to block out the negativity and juvenile comments so I disabled the comments for a few weeks... then I changed my mind because I VALUE everyones feedback... even the haters. I'm convinced they just need some time to get to know me better. I'm skeptical of everyone I meet for the first time too.

Jealousy gets you nowhere and from what I can see Vince seems like a pretty nice guy, whos willing to give out free workout tips. If anything get off your fatasses and get inspired by him, from what he has accomplished in his life.

ALL info in EVERY industry is FREE! People pay to have the info ORGANIZED into step-by-step plans.
