top fuelers are is well in my opinion never going to happen. back in 2004 in Georgia i saw David Grubnic click off a 4.469 at 324+ MPH 1/4 mi pass that's over 3 seconds and 136 mph faster than this supra. technology is crazy but it's gonna be a long time before a V6 V-4 gets close to 5 second 1/4 miles

That Scion is stupidly fast with that 2jz its running but I hold to what I said. If it ran in actually 10.5 outlaws it would get dogged. You can tell the power difference by its 1/4 mile speeds and times.

@c16b24 exactly. the eclipse weighs about half as much as tim lynchs mustang and doesnt have to run a 10.5 tire. tim lynchs car traps at around 220-230mph because it makes a lot more power (more than twice what this makes) but it cant launch as well because its heavier and has smaller tires
