You would be able to play this game on medium settings as long as you have everything else turned off which isnt needed by doing an msconfig.....problem with most peeps is that they have so much stuff running in the background that they believe their puter is shitty when actually it isnt.....your specs will run this np if you know how to msconfig properly....hope dis helps.....
