To connect from another computer:

On same network- type in the cams ip address

On different network / over the Internet:

Find out what local ip the cam is on and what port. Then access home router to unblock the port for that ip and even port foward all incoming connections to that port to cam ip.

From another computer type in your ip address given to you by your ISP along with the port you have it forwarded to.
