I think the only reason they brought Trump on board was to promote Affliction as an alternative to UFC (Trump has a big share in Affliction) Plus, if TNA promotes UFC on a regular basis, why can't WWE promote UFC's biggest comepetitor in America?

TNA doesn't promote UFC, Spike does. When Lashley was on TV they never mentioned him wanting to be in UFC. UFC as of right now is a direct competitor with both TNA and WWE, so TNA giving them ad time is stupid.
