I remember watching Spurs - PSV in the uefa cup in the 07/08 season, and saying to my brother "Spurs deserve to win, but the PSV keeper (who was gomes, of course) doesn't deserve to lose. Any Spurs fan that is judging Gomes on a couple of mistakes he made against us last in that away game, I doubt they've actually watched him play over the course of the season, and anyone that has will know he's been consistent. He's kept clean sheets in 60% of his appearances for PSV. Every GK will make mistakes, even the best. Petr Cech made a few last season for Chelsea and for his national side the other week aswell. So, what I'm trying to say is we really do have a fuckin' class keeper here!
