You see, not every rider has a great season. Boonen owned Cancellara in 2005. Cancellara was better as Boonen in 2010. That's how it goes. Probably same story with Gilbert but who cares? This is sports on the highest level something you won't achieve ever u big fat fucking geek

@DokterMemmen boonen had a rubbish season as well this year and even though boonen has won more Paris ROubaix or Tour of Flanders cancellara is 4 time tt world champ has won many tour de france stages and been in the yellow jersey for several days as well

@patriotaXsempre Tom Boonen won 6 stages in Tour de France and the green jersey. Yes Cancellara won the TTWCS 4 times, that makes him the better TT-rider. But not the better classic cyclist. He may have been better in 2010, but was he in 2011? We will never know, Cancellara won E3, Boonen Ghent-Wevelgem both races of the same level. And in Paris-Roubaix it was never a fair battle. I'm waiting for a new battle in 2012, but as for now Boonen has the most classic victories of the peleton.
