  • Maybe perform this study on 40-year-olds...not 80+ year-olds.

To perform this on the elderly, people who already have weaker bones, bottomed out testosterone levels, numerous ailments, etc... seems pointless.

To perform this test on a group of 40-year-olds makes more sense. Try it BEFORE the major aging effects of low DHEA take effect.

  • Don't believe any of that low calorie crap.

  • @MrM0j0Risin666 i know right? how irresponsible of them to spout off about low calorie diets. maybe they should address sugar intake or processed food ingredients that need to be avoided. not to mention maybe a reduction in carbohydrates in the average persons diet.... and from the mayo clinic?... disgusting

  • DHEA does work! Lasr year I was a normal 50 years old guy, now I'm a Teenager and still de-aging,...I propably end up as a sperm.

  • I love the part where she says "some say it may help" Yeah, and some say eating dirt may also help.

  • DHEA totally makes me feel much younger and have more energy.

  • Vitager is the best anti aging pill, it really made my wrinkles disappear.

  • Yes.

If you stop eating... you stop aging.

Obviously, we can't STOP eating completely.

But if you cut caloric intake by 30%, and only eat highly nutritious, LOW-GLYCEMIC foods... you can dramatically slow the aging process.

  • LOL, exactly what i preach.

  • Thanks for agreeing. Taking hormone replacements can be DANGEROUS.

If you just cut down calories, and eat food that doesn't spike insulin levels... you can bring the aging process down to a crawl.
