The prosecution has got to be careful with this. Casey has a good chance at getting a life sentence. Death penalty would be more just.

People who say there isn't enough proof, or that the proof they have is merely circumstantial clearly are not aquainted with the American judicial system. It's guilty beyond a reasonable doubt you have to proove. I think there is more than enough evidence and inconsistencies in Casey's story to get a guilty verdict. You would have to be grossly misinformed of the facts or just plain naive to believe otherwise It would have to be a conspiracy of grand proportions - i dont think so.

Most of this case is going to be circumstantial. There are some items that were found at the site where Caylee was found that connect with the Anthony home. Unfortunately, no fingerprints were left or found on the duct tape, which would have been a slam dunk. There's no 100% physical proof that Casey killed Caylee, although it's obvious she did. The prosecution has got to be careful with this. Casey has a good chance at getting a life sentence. Death penalty would be more just.

Also, even though blacks make up only 18% of the population, they still make up over 70% of prison populations. Even if I could see you, I wouldn't do anything. I guess it's your right to say what you please. So it seems as though you enjoy being the aggresser, by making unkind remarks, at the disgust & shock of everyone. If that makes you feel good, then there must be something sorely lacking in your life. I'll wager to say that lack of an education and immaturity are just 2 of them; perhaps love, too. MAJOR STATE, either you enjoy pressing people's buttons and pissing them off, or you really do mean what you said. If you're really serious, then why do you think this 2 1/2 year old child deserved to die? That is unbelievably cruel and insensitive. Well now this skank has got her brother in trouble. Let's see he killed her daughter, her father tries to kill himself, and now Lee is about to be arrested. Wow they are being take out by casey one by one. The last person standing is Cindy Anthony. Looks like Cindy is the last one in Casey's way for a perfect take down record.
