I don't believe they are together, because for some inadequately explored reason, their relationship is COMPLETELY flush with Bella's and Edwards.
During Twilight they were "maybe dating maybe not! oooh!" just like in Twilight. In New Moon, Edward leaves Bella, and the tabloids said Rob and Kris broke up, and now during Eclipse, the magazines say that Rob wants to marry Kristin but she's not ready.. Hmmm... sounds familiar.

Ok let's put 2 & 2 together: they spent New Year's together, they left the BAFTA's together & were seen many times together during the next week. They came to New York together & were spotted at a cozy dinner & cozy at the RM premier. When Kristen left for LA the morning after Rob left for London, she was wearing the shirt he had on the night before. Where there's smoke there's fire. It's none of our business anyway. Personally I hope they are together, but both are too young to get married.
