It records about 45minutes or so... and the size of like a 5 minute record is like 400MB... it's way too much space. but the quality is great.

Heres a Simpler answer. I just got my Yellow Nano 5th gen today. No, no pictures. Longer than you need, but the files are very large so i dont reccomend filming for a long period of time unless you plan on listening to music on your ipod

The actual 480x640 video quality has to be better than what this video would lead you to believe! On the other hand, it can't be "HD" because the original file is only recorded at 480 (standard def), so there is no way to "upgrade" it to 1080, or even 720, because of the limitations of the source.

i read that you can smudge the camera really easily and make the videos look cloudy due to the placement of the camera right below the circle....curious why they couldnt have placed the camera up in the right hand corner. Only cool thing i can see is changing the video with effects.
