That clock can be set either to beep or not beep when it reaches zero. Does it matter in USCF tournaments if it it on or off, or are both settings legal?
@icarlascreem I don't know the legality, but since a player has to call a flag, and nobody else is allowed to point it out(I actually saw a draw on a double timeout occur because the player who flagged second didn't realize in time), I would say turn the beep off.
